When i asked why Dr Kay (and not someone closer to home) my dentist said "because you don't want to play around with implants and you don't go to the cheapest or most convenient place. I'm sending you to a highly experienced doctor who I know will do it right." So I went and I feel confident in Dr. Kay and his team. This was the first of two implants that i need and I'll DEFINITELY be going back here for my other one. The place looks great (looks like cutting edge everything), I was comfortable, had zero remaining questions before the procedure. Painless. I plan to live with this implant for the next 50 years and I know I picked the right place. I always choose professional over friendly but I don't complain that this office is brimming with both. :)

Without him I'm not sure what I would have done, especially on my lower right side where he had very little bone to work with but still found a way: the implants ten years on are perfect and have never presented any problems. Quite frankly, it is difficult to imagine who at this point might be his peer.

The entire staff are pleasant and helpful and Dr Kay himself is excellent and knowledgeable. He explained clearly my procedure and addressed my concerns completely. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome!! I thank Dr Kay and the entire office for helping me. I will never go anywhere else!!

Calls you to check on your well being. Very friendly environment and he takes his profession with a passion. His results say it all.

Whole operation process was fully explained before surgery and the post operative instructions were given clearly as well. Seriously, there was no pain during and after operation. The wound healed nicely and properly. This is the best customer experience ever ! Doctor Kay would also give you a call and check on your progress after operation. I highly recommend Dr. Kay if you need a GREAT periodontist

Aware of my dental history He told me he will send me to best in the industry and that is Dr Kay. When i booked my appointment with Dr Kay I was very nervous, worried and confused as to what will happened . I shared my anxiety with Dr Kays assistant Lovelyn. What a gem of a person. She put me at ease right away by telling me I am in good hands of Dr Kay and that he is the best of the best. To me those assuring words mattered a lot.!!! I met Dr Kay for consultation. He patiently answered all my questions along with my concerns. He explained me every detail of the procedure. After few days i left him a message to call me as i had some more question. Later same day he called me and patiently answered all my questions. I wont say I am exited about my procedure (lol), I am still nervous but I am definitely comfortable that I am in good hands of Dr Kay!!!

I have never had someone giving me an injection without me feeling it. I didn’t feel Dr. Kay’s injection. And to top that off after the surgery I felt zero pain. Dr. Kay was definitely a magician and the entire office made you feel welcome and right at home. Well done. Highly recommended.
