★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for an Invisalign consultation and was advised to call within two weeks to start treatment. I’ve called multiple times, left voice messages, called the following week again and no answer, no reply, no acknowledgment. As a hygienist it blows my mind that an office would avoid/ignore a potential client and not get back to them in a timely manner. I have still not heard anything back & tried for so long because of the reviews i’ve read on here but at this point i’m forced to once again look for a new office, go in for a consult and spend extra unnecessary time on this process. Whatever the case & reason may be for them, handling potential clients like this leaves such a negative dental experience for the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What could be better than the best top of the line dental experience? Feeling like you’re part of the Yonge Eglinton Dental family. From start to finish Dr. Denis and her team made me feel like I was one of their own. They fully educated me on the health of my mouth and guided me to make decisions that were best for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get my front tooth crown repaired today. It was not my usual dentist, the dentist I had this visit was Dr. Friedman. After repair was done, I addressed there was binding at the back of the tooth many times and she seemed very annoyed and bothered about that. She had a big sigh and said ‘oh my goodness’ to my face. I was embarrassed and shocked by the way she treated a patient. I paid for a service I wasn’t satisfied with and am left with an uneven tooth repair. I will not going back to this dentistry and wouldn’t recommend it to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Friedman. She makes coming to the dentist easy and painless... and I generally dread the dentist! She is very friendly and caring, and so gentle in my mouth. Finding a dentist I trust is really difficult for me, but I feel great with Dr Friedman, and would absolutely recommend! Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After many many years of Dr. Denis telling me that I would be a great candidate for Invisalign’s, I finally listened and in 2021 I went for it. It was a little annoying having to track the hours you take them out to eat, and the amount of brushing and flossing (my teeth and gums have never been healthier though) but now that it’s behind me and I only have to wear them at night (as of TODAY!) I’m very happy I did it! Although I understood going into what the outcome would be, it’s still a little surprising to see such nice straight teeth in my mouth! Thanks Dr. Denis, you and your team are fantastic and made the whole process very easy!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Dr. Deirdre Denis for many years. Dr. Denis and her team are caring, friendly and professional. You can see she truly cares about her patients and team. And it really showed during the pandemic. I felt very safe visiting her with all her safety precautions in place. Especially with my frequent visits and follow up with my Invisalign. I really appreciate her expertise and can't believe the difference she's made with my teeth. I'm very grateful for her patience, understanding and all her help. If you're looking for an amazing dentist, you've found her! Teddy is my favourite dental assistant.

My mother is very happy with the work you did yesterday on her and I am grateful to have found you and especially the last few years, not only did you always do amazing work on me and my parents, but your honesty and kindness will always stand out. We need more people like you in this world. So grateful!
