★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude customer service especially on the phone. You guys supposed to be polite when the person who’s calling is being polite and the fact that you “health care” providers did not CLARIFY any instructions via phone call then expect us to know everything.
However, I admire Elena for her knowledge and attitude towards her clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist in the pharmacy are so rude specially the young tall guy, I'mnot sure if he'sthe doctor. I was talking to him about my mom's insurance and was explaining him that she never pay for her medicines and suddenly he told me who's going to pay for that ? Me !?
Such an awful and unprofessional behavior!! I was talking to him and he cut my words and said do you want to talk to a persian speaker !! Don't recommend this pharmacy at all.
