My wife and I had our first consultation with Dr. Pierre today, after our first appointment was rescheduled by them without clear reason. We do not have long experience with doctors in Canada, but we felt the consultation was very superficial, as neither our weight or blood pressure were measured. We decided to take the flu shot and he had his secretary/receptionist/nurse(?) Rebecca apply the shot. She first gave me the shot and then, by mistake, she used the same syringe/needle on my wife. She only noticed when she pressed it and realized it was empty and the right syringe was still on the table. She tried to disguise her mistake by saying she used "an empty shot" and would have to do it again. Only after questioned by my wife, she admitted to using a used needle on her. We spoke to Dr. Pierre after that, but I'm not sure if he'll take any measures after reading other negative reviews online. No major harm was done, since we are a couple, but a simple mistake like that could have ruined a life. We are not returning there.

Worst experience we have ever had with a Dr. I wouldn’t send anyone to him who has an issue. He only wants to see healthy people. Pretended he wasn’t told of previous condition even though was in his notes. Then he threw a childlike unprofessional fit and called the patient a liar and said the trust was broken and wouldn’t see him again! The trust was certainly broken , but from the other angle. Disgusting behaviour!!! Wish we could give 0 stars.

I saw the doctor fairly later than the supposed time of appointment due to how crowded the facility was. The meeting was short and concise, although the doctor kept cutting my response short for fast progress - I understand, since it's the end of the day, and there were so many patients he had to go through before me. I wouldn't mind continuing to see him in the future, but I also wasn't excited of the interaction with him.

I've been seeing Dr. Legault for approximately 2 year and have not necessarily been too pleased with him the last year. After waiting nearly 3 months for an appointment due to office renovation I finally get to see him and had a list of concerns that I wanted to addressed. After being evaluated for my most major concern I told him I had other symptoms I wanted to addressed and he said "Make another appointment with Rebecca, I don't have time right now." That to me was the end of my service relationship with this so called physician. I had to wait nearly 45 minutes to see him and 20 minutes into the appointment you're going to tell me that you don't have time?? Very disappointing. Whoever is giving this guy a 4-5 star review is a personal friend of his. I do not recommend.

Dear staff at Dr. Legault, It takes a lot for me to even write this, but after years of struggle, miscommunication, and unprofessionalism with phone calls, emails, and conversations with receptionists-I feel it's time for me to move to another 'more reliable' medical practitioner/office! Every time I call, not only am I on hold for hours but once I do get to talk to someone, it's always a struggle to book an appointment with my physician. It feels like you have to jump through many hoops to get an appointment! My information is never correct, what I want is never understood and when it is, it's always questioned to why I want to see the doctor, I feel like I'm being interrogated and divulging my medical details to strangers that aren't even my doctor! To write all the mishaps that your office has performed since I have been a patient would take pages and pages of emails. But considering this probably would even reach anyone of importance, I will just list the last couple of instances. So here is it; The last time I was in the office to see Dr. Legault, not only was I on time for my appointment, but I had to wait for over 45 min while Dr, Legault was in the other room speaking to his dealership on the phone about new tires for his car! (Me sitting in the next room on a lunch break work time )! The second last time I called the office, once again I was on hold for 75 min when it kept saying in repeat - that I was the first in line! Once I got the receptionist, (Rebecca) not only did I feel I was rushed-but once again I was questioned over and over to why and what I wanted to see the doctor for. I was dealing with some medical issues at the time and needed to get tests done, The receptionist (Rebecca) said that she would over by email the requisitions that day, time went by and I never receive anything. Ac couple of months ago, while gyms were closed, I called and dealt with the same old thing with regards to the wait on the phone and rushed chats with the receptionist. The Receptionist Rebecca drilled me once again why I needed to see the doctor, I said that I needed a doctor's note so that I could train with my trainer. She then told me that I would have to sign up for a yearly subscription that would give me better service from the doctor, that service would cost me an additional $180 a year. Because I was desperate and I said yes and they charged me the 180 dollars. ( I still don't know why because the struggle and lack of service are still the same! This time, I called and stood online again for 45 min, and once again, it kept saying I was the first in line, to speak to the doctor. The reception, who is not even the main reception drilled me again for information as to why I needed to see the doctor. It was unprofessional, I felt like I wasn't being heard nor cared for or given the proper time and care to my call! Finally, I said I needed a medical note for travel, at which point she said (without speaking to the doctor) NO! Then I asked to make an appointment to speak to the doctor and she said it would be 3 weeks until I could! This always happens and I always never say anything, but when I speak to other people about their experiences with their doctors and staff, they tell me that their experiences are NEVER like this! For over 15 years I have been struggling with this practitioner, and my patience has run out! I feel this medical office is lacking the basic morals of service, attention to private medical details with staff that aren't doctors, and basic medical commitment and care to their patients! No more for me! I should I left a long time ago. Please expect a transfer of all my files and records shortly!
