K	Kien Dang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an apointment at 9:50 AM and they said to come 10 min ealier. I did as mentioned and they have us wait for more than an hour outside. Many people that came after us was able to finish before us. What a horrible experience. And there was a kid keep coughing without a mask. They just let the kid stay in the waiting room and coughing. Avoid at all cost.

The Hispanic (?) receptionist was very courteous and the Filipina lab technician who performed the bloodwork was very friendly and gentle. I arrived a little ahead of my scheduled appointment and was seen right on time. Very punctual and efficient laboratory. If I had to find fault, it would be with the floors, which need major cleaning/ replacement and the Covid screening sign; The symptoms were listed in tiny print that only superwoman could read.

You have to make an appointment, but appointments, your time, and how you feel does not mean anything to these people. They are so disorganized they keep you waiting long after your scheduled appointment time while your fasting. I wonder how they still opereate and have customers. I respect myself and won't come back.

Their previous location in the basement was not airy, lacked light but never found it “filthy” as some comments mention. The new place on the ground floor is renovated, lots of light and super clean. I will definitely go back if I have any other test. Thanks

Christina was very thorough and knowledgeable and it wasn't busy at all - getting my lab work done here was a breeze! Professional, very clean, convenient. My only qualm with Dynacare is that they charge an annual fee for you to see your results, whereas Lifelabs allows you to see your results for free.

After reading the same I was a little hesitant but since this is closest to home, I decided to stop by quickly during work hours. As you can see from the pics, this place is sparkling clean! The staff is super friends and the wait time was barely 5 mins. The lady who attended to me was super sweet and friendly. She even engaged me in some of her life stories as she sensed that the needle is kind of a scary thing for me. Post the blood work, she tended very cleanly and was good at her work. I’m sure the pics posted here probably are of a different location cause the lab at Yonge & Eglinton is just amazing!
