Katrina has been so incredibly helpful in treating my forearm and shoulder pain that I have been experiencing since April 2021. After only a few months of physiotherapy and at-home exercises I am feeling so much better. Katrina really took the time to listen and pose potential solutions to a not so clear problem. Thank you!!

Great crew at this location based on my experience, which, a bit unfortunately, is across multiple health care disciplines. From Amrita (chiro) to Nate (physio), these people are knowledgeable & genuinely care about the patient experience. Special shout-out to Laura Kestenberg (RMT), who not only is terrific at what she does but champions & promotes the entire team.

I cannot say enough about the care I've received from Katrina. She goes above and beyond to make sure I get the appropriate treatment for my injury, and I have learned so much from her about how to take care of my body in order to prevent future injuries. I would definitely not have recovered as well as I have without her help!

Henry Zhou was my physiotherapist (hamstring strain) for four months. Punctual, never waited, office staff friendly and professional. Excellent diagnostician, keen observer. Easy to work with. Sent me video examples of all the exercises. I felt in excellent hands, would return. (Yonge & Eg location)

I've had great experience with two care providers here - for a nerve conduction study as well as for physiotherapy. Both have gone above and behind and reception was great to deal with. Highly recommended - thanks for the great care!

Following an MRI of my right knee, I was diagnosed with a torn meniscus, complete cartilage loss in some areas, as well as mild osteoarthritis, due to an old childhood injury that went undiagnosed and untreated for years. Before the findings, I enjoyed working out regularly, especially weight lifting. I was heartbroken to find out that due to my severe MRI results, the doctor recommended me I never weight lift again to prevent more damage to my knee, even though I would not experience any pain during my regular workouts. He did recommend I start going to physio to strengthen the muscles around my knee, especially my lateral muscles that I had been neglecting due to the discomfort with some exercises that I was avoiding for this very reason. Henry Zhou was the physical therapist I was assigned to, and he was very knowledgeable and patient with the process. Henry not only helped me physically by giving me a variety of new exercises for me to work with to strengthen my knee and helping to improve my form during certain exercises to relive pressure off my knee, but he also helped me mentally and emotionally, he had given me hope and encouragement to keep doing what I love, which is weightlifting, but with a couple of adjustments in order to prevent further injury. I am so thankful for his guidance and pulling me out of a very dark place mentally upon hearing about my diagnosis. Not long ago, I moved far away from Toronto, and I can only hope that my next physical therapist will be as kind and helpful as Henry was. In the meantime, I continue to implement his exercises and stretches into my routine and my knee feels so much stronger and aligned during weightlifting exercises. Thank you, Henry!

Yesterday I completed my last physio appointment with Alex. I had inflammation in my left shoulder due to a minor injury. Alex provided me with exercises, starting off slowly and increasing in difficultly. He also provided acupuncture. After a few months my should is much better and I continue doing my plank postures in yoga. Thank you Alex for your patience and dedication. You were a pleasure to work with. Rita
