★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love Chantal. She has helped me with these yoga stretches to help decrease stiffness and have a good quality of life. I started going to her as a way to get a massage, but she is so much more than that. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. Great deep tissue massages.

Cannot recommend highly enough! I always leave feeling refreshed and any tension/stress issues or injuries I am having improve greatly after a visit with her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very well-run clinic. Setting up appointments on the website and completing pre-screening questions was simple and straightforward. The staff know their stuff. They make sure to find out what you need help with, and the massage itself was excellent. It made me realize how important it is to look after yourself if your job requires you to sit at a computer for long periods of time. They also give good advice on how to continue treatment on your own at home between appointments. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a good RMT in the area.

It's a great relaxation massage overall and the work put in to ease the muscles and scar tissue around my incisions has been fantastic and as a result I have greater range now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My second time going to Chantal Milot RMT & Associates. David has been my RMT twice now and he’s fantastic! I have felt a great amount of tension and stress throughout my body due to severe anxiety and working from home since March 2020. My first visit was so great that I booked a second one immediately before the New Year. David is very professional and made me feel extremely comfortable. I feel so much relief in my neck, back and shoulders after seeing him. I’ve always struggled with finding a decent RMT in the City and this is definitely my new Go To that I will be sticking with. Thanks a bunch David! I highly recommend this place :)

professional RMTs. I found the deep tissue massages were very helpful
for my active lifestyle. Loosened up my tight areas and knots nicely.
They also submit insurance claims directly, which is a nice convenience.
Definitely recommend.
