I first contacted Jennifer about a very painful and inflamed shoulder muscle. Besides the excellent massages, she helped me by recommending appropriate cold/hot compresses, stretches, and strengthening exercises to help the area heal, and to avoid injury in the future.

She pin pointed my trouble areas and gave me tips on how to improve some of my tense muscles (I work in an office enviornment, which causes quite a few muscular issues). The whole massage was educational and the advice given was worth a million bucks. She really took an interest in my over all health and well being. She was funny, kind and very informative. I highly recommend Jennifer!

I am overweight, disabled and living with chronic pain and many other conditions and I've seen over 15 other RMTs in the last decade- none of whom come close. This woman is pure magic- her warm and caring disposition, great attention to all of my medical stuff and her hands- just some sort of sorcery. I almost didn't want to share and keep this all to myself but I booked her for the next 12m so it seems safe to shout from the rooftops now ;)
