I have tried contacting this company's customer service for some time now. I try clicking every number option and none of them lead me to anyone.

Very poor customer service. I’ve tried for 5 days straight to get through to someone, called during different times of the day and tried different extensions to reach someone but all went to voicemails. I’ve left voicemails and emails and still no one has contacted me. This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I’ve had.

I ordered a product from this company on April 14th, took them more than 2 weeks to ship out the product. They charged twice on my credit card on May 1st and 4th. Emailed them on the 13th and 21st but they stopped replying to my email. As of today (June 3) the charge is still there. Unfortunately, I don't recommend this company.

I had an interview with them a couple month ago, their office just next to their training room which is a bonus for their employees.The interview went very nice and they informed that the next interview would be arrange one week after. However when I emailed them one day after they say the next round would be two weeks after. So I waited two weeks but they didn’t call me or emailed me back. I tried email them one last time but never got reply. Too pity that’s the way they worked with me. Otherwise it looks like a good company to work with especially for pilates /yoga lover.

Coming here for Pilates classes always gives me an endorphin high for days. Have been coming here on and off since 2011. Lots of qualified instructors. Good selection of classes. Just wish there were more barre classes to choose from.

If you're pregnant and would like to incorporate pilates into your workout routine, THIS IS NOT THE STUDIO FOR YOU. Once I handed over the ~$90 for the initial assessment fee which includes 2 weeks of free classes, I found out that I was "ineligible" (due to pregnancy) to attend the vast majority of classes. Prior to paying this fee I was told by the receptionist that I could attend 14 of the 59 classes they offered. Based on the advice of the receptionist I enrolled in a class but then ended up being scolded once I arrived (i.e., "We can't tailor this entire class just for your pregnancy - it's not fair for everyone else.") According to their policy I am only able to take 4 of the 59 classes they offer, almost all of which are during work hours. Talk about highway robbery! If you'd like to save yourself the headache of dealing with incompetent administrators and keep $90 in your pocket, don't bother coming here. This is not a pregnant woman friendly space!

The studio is clean, organized and looks nice...but after trying various instructors, I stopped going because the exercises had more of a sports approach and did not help me, so I switched to a studio that taught the original pilates. I also felt the co-owner Moira (and some instructors) were stuck up, as she does not acknowledge clients like myself who have worked with her and she seemed picky as to which clients she will work with even at a time when she was not busy. Rather than spot me properly, she would at times chit-chat, chit-chat, chit-chat with other coworkers during my sessions for which I was paying, as if she were doing me a favor. My sessions with her were not very effective. I also found that management does not return client calls. This elitist attitude is typical of dancers, that the poor customer service was not worth their fees...and their equipment seems overpriced.

Terrible customer service & communication. All they care about is money and reeling in exchange students to come learn there. Been trying to get In contact and speak to a real human being for months now. I know it’s COVID and it’s tough but every other organization or business is figuring it out just fine. There is no excuse for this type of customer service. Even between your staff, it’s one giant game of broken telephone! FIO
