I went to see her after I dislocated my shoulder and I left my appointment feeling as though I had never dislocated it in the first place! It honestly felt brand new, something that my shoulder hasn't felt like in YEARS. She's really sweet and makes you feel so comfortable during treatment. If you haven't booked an appointment to see her yet, do it!! You won't regret it!!!

What worked well: - Fast response time when I sent an email - convenience and ease of getting a next day appt - You were friendly, calm Concerns: Asked me to provide physical copies of health forms sent electronically and suggested I visit a library to use their printer; please have forms that patients can fill out electronically during COVID. While I was on the table with acupuncture needles in my back, she went to her computer to write case notes, clicking and clacking away (within a metre distance of me) ruining the calm ambiance. She then went back and forth between my body and typing on her computer several times during the session, when she checked on the needles in back- never washing her hands in between. She also did not advise me before the massage that I would be coming to her home and not an office- during COVID- this information would have better prepared me to manage my expectations. I also only had about 30min of massage and the rest acupuncture and went booking an hour RMT session would have liked to know this ahead of time. I hope this review will help others to manage their expectations during their massage.

I tried physio, chiro and other massage and never got this amount of relief. And Mugi she is so good to work with and talk to.

She always takes the time to find out how I'm doing and tailor treatments to my needs. She also takes the time to explain treatments when needed. I would highly recommend Mugi as an RMT.

I wasn't really sure what acupuncture treatment could do, but it helped so much with my shoulder pain. Mugi is very professional! I would definitely recommend Mugi to everyone who is suffering from back or shoulder pain! Thank you Mugi!

Mugi is very knowledgeable about how the body works and how to treat any injury. I don’t know what I would do without her magic hands and acupuncture. Since seeing her, my migraines have been less frequent and less intense. She also has a lovely and relaxing massage room with great views that is convenient to get too. I would recommend her to anyone looking for the best RMT around.
