I have been coming for the past couple of months and can honestly say that I have noticed a significant improvement in my back pain, my overall mood and sleep. Dr. Touraj Najafian is someone who truly cares about his patients and always takes the time to really listen as well as educate his patients on their root issue and how it will be addressed. Which I found to be extremely beneficial. My confidence and trust in his ability to rehabilitate my back was swiftly gained during our first assessment in which he affirmed that treatment would only be given after a scan was conducted. This was something I learned to appreciate as previous chiropractoring treatment I experienced made me feel uneasy with no clear end goal to be rehabilitated. This was my 3rd ever chiropractic experience, and Dr. Touraj Najafian as well as the rest of the team made it both seamless, enjoyable, and comfortable for me. I would highly recommend anyone to Dr. Touraj Najafian.

In November 2021, I severely injured my mid back. I ended up diagnosed with a pulled muscle at a hospital, which turned out to not be the case. I was able to access my CT results, and noticed that the radiologist had noted that I had a bulging disc in my mid back and degenerative disc disease in my lower back. This information was news to me, as the hospital staff had not told me. On the advice of a family member, I made an appointment with a local chiropractor. Focused on Health came up in my search and had glowing patient reviews, as well as an introductory package special for new patients, so I made an appointment with Dr. Touraj. After my intro appointment, Dr. Touraj sent me for an x-ray to get a better idea of what was going on with my injury and the rest of my spine. The x-ray showed all the same concerns from the CT, with the addition of slight scoliosis and some issues with the curvature of my neck. I was put on a weekly treatment plan to address all of the above issues, which I am still actively attending. I am very happy to report that, in this short period of time, Dr. Touraj has reduced my back pain by 95% from the initial injury, and with his adjustments and guidance, we are actively working on reversing and correcting the additional issues going on with my lower back and neck. My treatments with this clinic have been fantastic and I would highly recommend them for this positive experience!

After several months of bi-weekly visits, I am finally free of this chronic pain. Focused on Health's reasonable package rates have also helped me stick to a weekly maintenance schedule so I can continue enjoying the benefits of proper alignment long-term. Dr. Stethem is friendly, knowledgeable, and her skilled hands produce the most satisfying cracks I've ever had! The office staff is great as well and very accommodating. I regularly do long distance runs and since wearing the insoles she provided me with, I no longer have pain in my ankles after I run. Highly recommend!

She has a wealth of knowledge, does not try to brute-force her adjustments (something I have experienced with other chiropractors in the past) and is consistently able to get movement out of the most stubborn and hard to adjust spots thanks to her flawless technique. I cannot recommend her highly enough - Dr. Stethem is amazing at her job!

I came here with my little sister who was 10 at the time, she had severe back and neck pains to the point we switched her to online schooling for solely that reason, we tried doctors, creams, ice packs, etc. And finally we decided to go see a chiropractor. After about 15 consistent sessions, she is better than ever before and more than able to attend school! and pain free!!! we always felt welcomed and safe coming here by Dr.Lauren Stethem & the rest of the staff.
