He was not in his office and took my call. He immediately emailed documents and guided me through a very tough process. My family member was his client, not me. Yet, he took the time, during the holidays, to handle this matter of importance. I honestly do not think any of this would have ran as smoothly as it did, if not for Mr. Burshtein.
