Do not recommend the fashion consultant sessions. Not so professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have shopped there for many years . Never had an issue with them . Always friendly and if I need something they are quick to address it .
The only thing I will say is that the store should be planned out better . It sometimes is difficult to find things since they renovated the store .
I found the size is much smaller on this and it’s not as well organized with merchandise. The original design was much better you knew exactly where to go and find what your looking for . The new one . Well you have to hunt through abit to find what your looking for .
Not a fan of the new design of the store .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reitmans at Yonge and Eglinton is the closest to me. Last weekend was the end of their 30% to 40% off sale so I decided to have a look. I spent a good amount of time in the store, with a quite nice salesperson following me around until I found the pair of pants which I liked and which fit me.
I was very happy even though it took me a long time to find them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of your workers was helping me buy a coat before christmas and she was the sweetest thing ive ever seen. I wish i could describe her better but she was older and very nurturing. She bought one of your greenish scarves for herself (or said she was going to). anways, she deserves a raise! so sweet and helpful! and i love my new coat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible online experience. I tried several times to use the shipping promo code but kept getting the message that the code had reached the limit of redemptions. I haven’t used it so don’t know what this means. I tried to email Reitman’s but after trying to submit the email three times, gave up.
Clean up your act Reitman’s. Other stores are able to make online shopping a positive experience, so why can’t you?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad and annoying experience. Sales woman was horrible and irritating and so nosy. She was not allowing me to think whether should i take something or not. Continuously following me and getting restless as soon as I touch the clothes. On top of that, she made me to fold all clothes which I tried (on the name of Covid).
I wanted to buy few tops/shirts but because of her behavior with me I cancelled buying anything from this store.
Otherwise I always like and purchased Reitmans clothes.
If they feel so uncomfortable with customer due to Covid-then why the hell they opened the store?
I had to control so much saying anything to her by looking at her age.
Not recommending this store !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must visit for women to explore their next closet article. Good cloths and generally offers some offer or the other so you never know when you land a great deal.
Cost point is quite reasonable. The staff are very cooperative and the owner is always ready to help and advice you with options.
Been their couple of time and while my wife does the shopping, I am also quite satisfied considering the price and discounts for the quality of the apparels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service experience at this Reitmans. Asked a sales associate where to find something, she basically told me to wait and ended up helping other customers that asked her questions after I did. Plus, asked to keep an item on hold for 2 hours but was denied. Also, a lot of the fitting rooms are occupied with what I presume is merchandise, resulting in these really long lineups of ladies who want to try clothes on.
This location could do much better with training their employees to be better at customer service, as well as managing the storage of its inventory. I love the things they sell here, just wish this store did better.
