Very friendly staff and high quality merchandise. Love being able to support local businesses that are customer focused (like them).. especially during such difficult times. ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old lady "Karen" store trying to be hip. Unintentionally 90s "Retro" but not in a good way. If you know a cougar grandmother in her late 70s that likes to pretend she is Jo Jo Siwa send her in, she will love it. "WANT" is right, I "WANTED" to leave..

I have been shopping here for years because I know, no matter when I go or what I am looking for I will find it (and more!). Always on trend (or ahead!) with so many top and emerging designers. You can find everything from casual to business to formal, from sexy to conservative, contemporary to classic. I always walk out with pieces I absolutely love and know I won't see on anyone else. The staff is what really sets Want apart as well. Everyone is so passionate and experienced in styling all types perfectly. They are down to earth and fun, make me feel beautiful and I trust them implicitly. If you shop at Want get ready to look incredible and get tons of compliments!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE Want! The clothes range from fun, sexy and current to classic pieces and the necessary staples (with a great jewelry selection). The staff know how to dress their clients for body type and have never let me buy something that doesn't look and feel fabulous on me. They encourage me to try new colours and styles so my wardrobe is fresh and varied and I always leave the store happy! It's a great place to find gifts for mothers and girlfriends as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clothing is your typical tired, boring, and uninspired shopping mall attire, a hybrid H&M meets Talbots meets Joe Fresh kind of feel. Unprofessional sales team who text, laugh and converse amongst themselves rather than assisting customers...NO STAR FOR YOU!
FOLLOW-UP:: I am glad you were able to view and hopefully learn from my reviews. Your shopgirls would benefit from instruction on basic merchant etiquette as no one likes irksome and brassy floorwalkers. This is maybe why all your other locations went out of business?
