Staff not the least bit interested in looking after me. Seem intensely interested in repeatedly telling me what time they close. They were unwelcoming and sullen. They should be reminded how important the customer is to the future of their store. Clearly nobody had made that important to them Peyhap one of the thousands fired by The Bay for lack of business should remind them

The staff member Jodie was very helpful in giving us info on the shoe sizes and was friendly/charismatic/relatable. An example of her knowledge was how to find the right size online (medium size wooden usually means the wide size of that shoe type can br a smaller number). Bought what I needed and left happy.

I went one day after the gym because it was the last day for a bra sale. The lady measured me and said I could try it on. I didn't want to because I was literally dripping in sweat. I decided to trust her 'knowledge' on how to measure for a bra. I went home, tried on the bra and it was awful! Breast spillage everywhere and just unflattering. I do take a little responsibility but come on... don't you measure chests on a regular? Have not gone back and will not go back to any location.

Bad costumer service! I've been to this location 2 times and never at a busy time. Once last year 2018 and this year 2019 March 29th. The only reason why I went to this location, was due to my home location at stockyards being closed down; and I figured maybe my first encounter was me being too judgmental about the workers lack of greetings, costumer service skills and professionalisim. Honestly, everytime I have been to this location NO one greets me or acknowledges me when I enter the store. The sales associates could see me spinning in circles and they will never ask "hey do you need help". I never use the religious card and the way I dress; but now I think they avoid me because I wear the face veil! Why do I make such an alarming claim?! Because conveniently everytime Im at this location they avoid me and when other women come into the store- I see them smiling, greeting them and they are ready share about sales and merchandise information. I literally asked 1 question to the supervisor regarding a bra in the sale rack with out a clearance price; she snatched it away and said it was a mistake and went back to inventory. The other sales associate only acknowledged me once I asked her a question about the bra I wanted to purchase. I have given 2 stars for the following reasons: 1 for being a clean and tidy store, 2 for the sale items being displayed neatly and I would have offered half a star since the one sales associate answered my question. Honestly, I am dissapointed and I never have any intention of going back to this location. Thank god, I am aware that it is just this locations lack of costumer service and possible prejudicial behaviour!

Customer service was lacking. No one acknowledged us or helped us. We opened our own fitting room and got our own sizes and just as I was trying on my last piece an employee asked my boyfriend to leave the fitting room so I was forced to walk out into the store to show him the bathing suit I was trying on. I would understand if there were another customer back there but it was just us and made me feel uncomfortable. They were also giving him strange looks so we just left the store.

The staff here, as usual, were very friendly and helpful. Didn't find a "must have" item this visit, but there well may be something next time. Looking for a red dress and maybe some purple shoes but I don't think they carry my wife's shoe size.

This was the worst experience. The manager Donna was rude and condescending. I was trying to return boots I had worn for all of 20 minutes but because it's winter she refused to accept claiming they were damaged.(slightly dirty like I the fine grooves of the boot) Laughed in my face when I asked to esculate it. Refused to give me her name or store contact information so I could talk to customer service. (I only have it because she had to give it to customer service when I called ) Told me to call customer service line and was literally yelling at me in the store infront of staff and other customers. Then laughed when I was visibly upset from enduring the abuse. But since I was on the phone with customer service her yelling is recorded. I'm told some district manager will contact me. Honestly the boots are awful..but with a little customer service we could've dealt with it. I've been a loyal customer for years. But if this is who they promote and allow to manage their stores I'll find somewhere else to shop. *edited to add the picture of the damaged un-returnable boots. Buyer beware - if you wear them outside to walk from your car into the office they'll be "damaged and non- returnable" by management at this store.. yeah.. sorry the bottom of the boots got dirty in the snow/sleet winter we've had. They were so uncomfortable I wore them in the office for all of 10 minutes... then switched to the flats I keep at my desk... *
