Me and my best friend came to Madeline's in hopes of them having her dream prom dress. (which they did) We walked around and looked at other dresses and she tried on a couple of dresses, but when she pointed out her dream dress the lady helping us looked my friend up and down and said "that wont look good on you." It took us about a half hour to get the actual dress as they kept putting it off. moral of the story the workers here have made my friend uncomfortable in her own body and due to this incident it made her choose a dress unlike the one she wanted to begin with. Having a very female run business where they are working with girls of all ages and some more impressionable than others the Madeline's Boutique workers need to better themselves and learn how to talk to their customers.

Madeline’s Boutique has an amazing selection of dresses. An appointment is required to visit the store. This helps bring the customer service to a different level. We were fortunate to be served by Sabrina. She was very courteous, patient and amazing in helping select the perfect dress for prom. I will definitely revisit Madeline’s for any future purchases.

Patrice helped us choose a prom dress. We made an appointment (which is the only way to go) and had a great welcome at front door. I think we should have been told to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier than appointment to look around. My daughter did bring photos of what she liked and that helped Patrice find some similar things. Incredible selection of dresses. If I was mother of bride - I would recommend for sure as well. Some really pretty dresses. Dressing rooms a little crowded but I think this is their (very) busy season. Need more seamstresses tho as their alteration department backed up a few months. And I think I would have liked them to make a few more unsolicited suggestions for dresses to widen the range as I am not sure a 17 year old Knows what is most flattering on them. But maybe that is just the way I like to shop. We ended up with a great choice tho!

Amazing customer service! I had walked into the store without an appointment and the staff were kind enough to fit me in. I purchased a dress here for my sisters wedding. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and kind. Highly recommend this boutique to anyone looking for dresses for special occasions. Overall experience 10/10

This was my first experience at Madeline’s and it was nothing but positive. The store was very busy but the staff were attentive and professional and took such good care of my daughter. I was truly impressed. We found the perfect dress with the help of the staff and will definitely go back. Highly recommend !

Had a great experience here last weekend. Firstly, they’re one of the few places that have a FULL size run. If I’m a 4 I don’t want to try on a 10 or 12? And then order it hoping it looks good ? Sizing makes a huge difference on the look. Anyways, I was welcomed in and greeted respectfully. The girl that helped me made sure I tried on the dresses I chose several times before making a final decision and I was allowed to take photos. Overall great experience, quick service. I had asked them to insert push up bra and they did it within like 10 minutes. Will definitely only be coming here for dresses from now on. Love the selection !

wow what a place. We had an appointment that we were late for thanks to the weather, which we apologize for. Was greeted by Monique who asked her co-workers Patrice and Micky to help to make up for the half an hour we missed. Most amazing staff. Both my sister in law and I had an amazing relaxing experience. The girls were so honest and helpful, we were not rushed and they really listened and helped to choose the best dresses for us to try on. I was so happy we found this boutique and bought a beautiful classy dress. Thank you for being so great sincerely

I question after reading reviews if management has even actually taken in any feedback that has been given by dissatisfied customers. I purchased a prom dress for my daughter weeks ago and was given a name of a seamstress to take and get it altered. While we were in the store the dress my daughter fell in love with had to be adjusted by the girl who was assisting us. One of the men that greeted us at the door even came over and adjusted the dress. I asked the girl about the adjustments , as i noticed it did not seem to sit right. She assured me that the dress just was not sitting on my daughter right, that the seamstress could fix that and it was fine. A week after when we took it to the seamstress she told us right away as soon as my daughter came out in it, that the whole dress was twisted and suggested we take it back to the store. I contacted the store drove back up to basically be told by the sales girl the dress was fine just a bit off. They exchanged the dress which was a 00 to a size 08. The sales girls said they could alter the dress that day (I assumed that the alterations were going to be included based on the fact they knowingly sold us a dress that you could clearly see was twisted and ethically should have said something the first time). As we went to the cash to get a new receipt we were told the cost to alter the dress was going to be $200!!! insane for a dress that cost $285. She said she would give us a $20 discount!! How offensive ! The alteration was to take in the dress from a size 08 to fit a 00 and did not include the hem. Mya i believe her name was kept saying "i wish there was something i could do" - Again as a business make right what was wrong on there part selling us a dress that was twisted. Nice dresses and i am sure if you walk away with the right one you will have no problems. BUT if there is a problem definitely read the reviews by people who have had to go through what i did. Anyone can clearly see when the dress is positioned into place it does not sit right at all. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
