★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in the area and stopped in without making an appointment. Was warmly greeted and Michelle took me for a blowdry without hesitation. Got the best blowdry I think I've ever had! I have tape extensions and it's hard to find people who are familiar with extensions and know how to work with them. But Michelle took great care of the tapes. I will be making this a weekly routine! I'm on day 3 and my hair still looks perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a same day appointment. Happily Waited 2.5 hrs for an opening...to book a blow-dry only. Only to have then cancel 15 minutes before appt. Because client before decided to updo their appt!? Bad time management I'd say and very unfair. It's too late now 430 pm to scramble for one. And it's out of physical necessity I can't do it ? myself.
