Since the day this place opened I have been a regular customer and every experience has been wonderful. Never have I left with a bad haircut, negative experience, or any other reason that would make me speak of this place in a bad manner. I come here so often that I have actually been present for a few of the 'incedents' described in these horrible reviews. I have to tell you that they are absolutely untrue. Some of these reviews are posted by angry upset entitled people that were fully in the wrong. I see this as a misuse of this platform so I have decided to stand up against this. One such case is the review in which the reviewer describes the employees here as 'too arrogant'. That man came in with his son at 4:42pm and was politely told by my hairdresser that they close in 18 minutes and due to the fact that they were currently working on two clients they would be unable to serve anyone else. He began to annoyingly beg saying things such as 'it's for my child, it'll only take you five minutes, you should just do it, it's not a problem, why don't you just stay and do it...' He continued this for 11 minutes before leaving. He showed no regard for the employees or the customers present and some how he had the audacity to call the employees arrogant. I would have told him to get the hell out after 2 minutes. Many of the people that come in here have done things ranging from rude and demanding to down right harassing. On many occasions I would not have shown the restraint and level of politeness the ladies working here have. Are the wait times long sometimes? Yeah of course they are! It's a first come first serve business and they don't take appointments. Moreover, there are a limited number of employees and services such as colouring and complex hair styles take time. As long as you are understanding of these things, respectful of time and you aren't mean, rude, demanding, and/or aggressive you will leave this place a satisfied customer.

Professional friendly and always love my haircuts!

Steer clear of this “hairstylist.” It would seem she does not have professional qualifications. My son just returned looking like he has two different haircuts, and he had even shown her a picture of what he wanted. When I called, she was rude and insisted there was nothing wrong instead of AT LEAST asking for him to come back in to *try* to *fix it.* Avoid like the plague.

Brought my children here, and asked the lady I she knew how to thin my daughters extremely curly hair but with using scissors. She told me over and over yes, my daughters hair was way pass her backside, and the lady butcher it , it's under her ear, thicker than before and not even. Lady still insisted that I pay. I payed the 89.00 and left. I am extremely , disappointed and wish she would have just not touched it knowing she didn't know what she was doing!!!!!!!! Shame on you

Got your basic haircut. First time in almost two years. The barber was a female who did a wonderful job and was very nice. Glad I don't have to do the job myself anymore. I was starting to look like a freak!

ok before I go to Topcuts, I checked the google map reviews and many of the comments were about people complaining about the lack of greetings and the waiting time, and I said to myself well for a 19 CAD cut I don't care about that..what could go wrong?... well I went to Topcuts, I had to wait for 2 hours and the cut took her about 2 minutes (not joking) it was so bad that I had to do some arrangements by myself in the house.... my head looked like the moon with so many craters. In addition there is only one hairdresser and at the same time she was the cashier... something like Bugs Bunny trying to play all the positions at once.

Amazing service and kind staff. The nice stylist understood exactly what kind of cut I wanted and did a fantastic job of it.

Terrible terrible customer service. The lady working there was working for half an hoir on a simple haircut and didn't care i was standing there. When i asked her politely how long you think it takes, she answered "i don't know. You waited this long, wait more" in a terrible way like she was doing me a favore.
