★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience on a hiring site, I have ever had........$400.00 and no qualified applicants. Not one.....Waste of money, horrible customer service, and not even close to what they advertise.
They claim to post on multiple job sites but couldn't / wouldn't give me the links to those sites.
After a week with hardly any applicants at all I was told by a consultant that it took 30 days to produce quality results. I am still waiting on the quality results.
Unless you like throwing your money away do not use this site. . Not one qualified candidate for $400.00 just as a reminder if you are still considering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found it hard to know whether this company was a scam or not. I am still not sure. I was sent a few emails from Jessica the robot and then I got one email from what I assumed to be a real person who left no name except the SmoothHiring Logo and the words SmoothHiring Team. Whether it is a scam or not it felt dehumanizing, IMO. A few days later I received a strange text message which was obviously a phishing attempt. I have no idea if the two were related but they need to consider how vulnerable the other side can be and feel when after sharing info they are contacted in such a robotic and nonhuman fashion in today's climate of life transforming email and text scams. Then a few days after that I got a phone call, I wasn't expecting, with phone number hidden and no message. Acting human towards each other could lead to all kinds of mutual benefits. Well duh!
