★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ill definitely be back and will for sure be recommending the salon to my friends!! Kimberly did an amazing job on my hair. I’d pretty much destroyed by bleaching it myself. There was banding and bad roots. She worked magic ? absolutely recommend her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to this salon for the first time last week and I never felt so much regret. I showed the hairstyle what I want and he didn’t follow it and cut my hair totally different from what I’ve asked for - he put layers that I didn’t even want it. After he kept insisting that it was what I showed him. I immediately hated and would never go back there and won’t recommend that experience for anyone. For the next few weeks I’ll have to do ponytail as my hair is too horrible. This was the worst experience with a hair salon that I’ve ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the market for a new salon because I had disappointing experiences at the last few that I tried. Milad at One 2 One did my highlights and styling and he was amazing!! I can't remember the last time I was this happy with my highlights and cut. He had such tremendous attention to detail, took time and care to understand the particularities of my hair and made smart suggestions to help me achieve what I wanted. He also happens to be a lovely person.
All of the staff were very friendly and attentive (regularly offering water, coffee, etc. and asking if I was comfortable). The place was spotless, the energy was great. And the nicest bonus/surprise was that the sinks have massage chairs. I fell asleep while I was waiting my treatment to set (oops). Overall fabulous experience! Highly recommend this salon and Milad in particular!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really regret getting my hair done here. Unfortunately my usual hairdresser was on maternity leave. The hairdresser who did my hair did not give me long layers like I asked and kept scratching my forehead with her long nails. Overall, I'm not happy with her work. I explained myself couple of times but she ended up doing whatever she wanted. Time to find another hairdresser :$ They also asked me what I would like to drink but never brought me the drink. Lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful atmosphere, talented and friendly stylists and estheticians, and all the best products. Best salon in Forest Hill for sure. Verica and Elka give the best facials! The ladies at reception are friendly and bend over backward to accommodate. Make sure you order a coffee or one of the specialty teas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was genuinely shocked by how positive my experience at One 2 One was. I have never enjoyed haircuts in the past, I always feel out of place, never liked the end result looking in the mirror and couldn't understood why people found the salon relaxing until today. Everyone at One 2 One was SO nice, and my stylist Kimberly was read my mind when it came to my haircut. She was talented, hilarious and made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. My hair is the softest and prettiest it's ever looked. Also, they have massage chairs when they wash your hair. After getting haircuts at salons my whole adult life, my experience at One 2 One was legit life changing. It was SO worth the money compared to every other comparably-priced salon I've been to. I will for sure be back.
