He helped me win both my motion to change my settlement agreement and also won the appeal that followed. Mr. Tweyman gives you an honest and reasonable set of expectations and options. I found him to be vry thorough and had complete trust and confidence in dealing with my motion and appeal. He really digs deep and knows his case law. Can't really say enough good things about this firm. I hope I don't ever need his service again, however he'd be the first person I'd turn to if required. I'd also recommend Mr Tweyman and Modern Family Law to any family or friend needing advice or his expert service.

He was always very compassionate with my situation as those of us going through divorce or separation can be confused and unsure about the court process. Michael explained court processes to me and made it easier to understand and that helped my stress and anxiety level. I did not enjoy being in court, or going through the processes but I can tell you that with Michael's knowledge and experience as a lawyer I went into the courtroom with him with a lot more confidence then I had with other lawyers I have retained previously.
