Maria dealt with my insurance claim following a minor accident. The insurance company and the adjusters were adamant about not paying anything over the minimum approved amount however Maria didn`t give in and she made sure that I receive the settlement I needed in order to treat the pain caused by the accident. Maria`s expertise and dedication played a huge role in the desired outcome. I would certainly recommend Maria to friends and family in need of personal injury Lawyer.

If I could give this firm a 0 I would. The most unprofessional law firm in the industry. They don’t respond to you and completely ignore you up until your limitation period is up for a claim, and suddenly they tell u that they can’t do anything for u, leaving u hanging in a position where u can’t do anything at all. Literally the definition of unprofessional. This lawyer completely ruined my injury case!!

Where to begin. Well, during my crisis after my accident I trusted the clinic I was with to refer me to a legal professional that had my best interests at heart. Not the case. My lawyer was Victoria and although she seemed pleasant at first I quickly realized she’s only in it for the money and didn’t really care about my case personally. She was very slow to respond to both emails and voicemails and would rarely if ever return my calls. Only when I threatened to leave did she finally call me back. She was hesitant to provide advice and tried very hard to keep the conversations we did have to a minimum. When I realized my clinic was defrauding my insurance company I called her to let her know. Her response was “hmmm interesting, I’ll look into it” and I never heard back. You’d think someone like a lawyer would take fraud seriously. Her lack of action made me feel like she may have known about what was happening, and I had a very similar experience with the PSW organization called “caringforu” that she referred me to without my knowledge. I ended up finding a lawyer that actually cared about my case and that was alarmed at the slightest mentioning of fraud, which was the reaction I was expecting this lawyer to have. I have very reasonable grounds to not trust this lawyer or firm any longer, which is why I decided it was time for a change. Based on my experience I would not recommend this firm to anyone.

Speaking about estate planning, wills and POA can be a little scary and a bit overwhelming, but I found that Maria did a great job in explaining our options in a way that made sense and was easy to understand. Thank you so much, Maria, for helping us put some protection in place for our family! I would highly recommend this law office to all my friends and family!

I was recently referred to this law firm. I only wish I had trusted my instincts and not used this firm. Dealing with Maria and her assistant at this firm added to the long list of frustrations I had to deal with. From the beginning when dealing with Maria and her staff, no one seemed to care or sympathize with my situation. They were rude, talked down to me and often quickly dismissed my requests or questions. Every time I asked a question that seemed to challenge her or whether I was just frustrated with the process and expressing myself, she would immediately dismiss the conversation or become agitated and reactive, then start raising her voice. After my overpriced bill was paid, I expressed to her my dissatisfaction on the way I was spoken to and treated by her and her assistant. her reply was "the feeling is mutual" I wasn't clear on how they came up with the high amounts I was charged and when I asked her to explain, his only response was "your file is closed and I'm not about to train you on how to read a ledger" They do not have a clue about how to speak with or treat her clients. This firm does not go the extra distance to provide exceptional customer service for their clients. They only do the basics and are quick to overcharge for mediocre service at best.

The worst lawyer for your real estate! Unprofessional, not caring and worst of all cannot take responsibility for her mistakes - hence never learns! I have almost lost a house, $100,000 in deposit and damages. Purely due to her mistake - all in writing, and still she was not able to accept responsibility for it - her response was, at 3:30pm on the closing day - there is nothing we can do about that! She didn't believe me hen I said that there is water in the basement and air conditioner not working and asbestos in the ducts - she got response that everything is working from the seller lawyer and not only she didnt tell me - she said " it is wha they said and we are not gong to investigate". When I went to sign papers - the package was thrown in the front of me by Iryna - who new nothing about what I am signing and couldn't even point where to sign nor anything about the contract, conditions or ANYWTHIng at ALL. You are treated like a production line at the factory! Do not hire this firm or this lawyer - they will not look after your interests but will settle for anything the other side offers. They do not work for you - but for themselves!

BE AWARE!!! DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE IDIOTS!!! If only you could give negative stars. Worst law firm I have ever had to deal with. I was referred to them from another law firm that did not deal with claims like mine. Maria and her team were extremely useless. I did not hear from them at all after signing the contract to have them handle my case, ever, even though I left tons of emails and voice messages, calling almost daily to every single extension on their directory no one ever answered. Only once I went on their Facebook page and sent them a message there inquiring why no one was answering and calling out the person on the other end when they tried to say the lines are open that that was BS did they finally call me back. This was about two months away from the time limit on my claim to go through, the person who finally called me was not even my lawyer but one of her equally incompetent lawyers (Sonia) that was extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone, even trying to rush me away to make other calls, as she attempted to get all the information for my file from me. All questions she would have answered herself had she read my file, assuming Maria took down all the information at time of signing contracts and explaining to her the entire situation. Maybe Maria did not write anything down, maybe Sonia did not read anything, either of the two is unacceptable. After sending them the information requested for the file update I still never heard back from them, again called multiple times, emailed and left messages and received no reply. Now my time window to appeal my insurance claim is long gone and I have just wasted time, lost wages and more all thanks to the extreme level of unprofessionalism, incompetency and overall uselessness from this law firm. Again: BE AWARE!!! DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE IDIOTS!!!
