★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to Tina Radimisis and her team of staff, my ordeal with the insurance company is finally over.
For those who are on or have been on a personal injury claim, you know what I mean. It’s a nightmare dealing with the insurance company. Worst of them is Aviva and Desjardins. I almost gave up on my claim.
But once I fired my previous lawyer for negligence and incompetence, I lucked out and found JRJ Law on Google Reviews. From the moment Tina started representing me, I felt protected and taken care of. Tina managed the onslaught of abusive IE’s that Aviva tried to impose on me by rejecting the ones she determined are unreasonable. Her staff was diligent in following up with the adjuster, who was negligent in responding, providing paperwork and reimbursing me for my medical receipts.
Tina has the personal injury claim process down to a science. She was always on time for phone calls and meetings, and always well prepared. She took the time to explain and answer my questions. I trusted her so much that I was just a silent observer while Tina negotiated a settlement for me. Even when the other party came back stating that it was their final offer, Tina still countered and got me more money. Impressive.
Tina and her excellent team of staff are efficient and effective. They always respond quickly, are well organized, empathetic and compassionate. Most importantly, they are get results. I couldn’t have survived my claim without them.
