The negotiation and sale process had some unexpected complications, and the team handled it professionally and expeditiously given builder-imposed time constraints.
He conducted himself in an utmost professional manner and clearly explained the final steps in the process.
Renate who assisted me with all the required paperwork was also very patient , she answered e-mails promptly and efficiently, and was very patient through a long glitch during the closing.

Most importantly, very responsive. Shout out to Ruchir always available after hours and replying to late night messages; Eliza for patiently working on the file and explain to us what is going on and her progress; Jeff for reviewing our files in detail and responds our email inquires in minutes time.
