β β β β β I hired Jeff last year after a dui a few months earlier. My case was deemed for a 4 day trial based on the evidence and witnesses from the car crash. The cost would have been significant.
I didnβt want to go to trial I couldnβt afford it. I wanted to settle for the crowns offer after they changed there mind to pursue jail time. If I settled my license would have been suspended for a year. I would have to put a breathalyzer in my car for a year. Plus my insurance would have sky rocketed.
Jeff convinced me to allow Heather to go to pre-trial to see if we could use the fact my case was close to 18 months. Thank god the judge ruled in our favour and threw my case out.
Yes I would recommend the team at Mass Tsang for any DUI.

β β β β β It was a great pleasure to work with Masstsang LLP with a core professional group of lawyers, worth mentioning the name of Brian Brody ( Mr. Brody) who handled very complicated case of mine with immense precision and with meticulous details in front of the Crown. He is so detailed , calm and passionate that it was a privilege to hear his approach and counter attack styles, something which he only can do to find the missing piece in the favour of his client. β β β β β We had the biggest nightmare and stress in our family when my husband involved into his first major car accidentΒ in the year December 2019.Β Police officers charged him with 2 counts: DUI and Refusal of Breathalyzer. Pandemic took his case for more than 2 years.
We originally introduced to Jeff Mass and met different lawyers at Mass Tsang LLP.Β Finally, we landed to Lawyer ALEXIE ZAITSEV.
We had few meetings prior to fight the case in the trial. Alexie is a very knowledgeable in the law system, brilliant, work with his clients with compassion, thorough, prepared to fight the case.Β He has strategies and worked diligently how to win the case. He never felt us very nervous and he made us understand the whole case.
In the process of 2 days trial period, he never felt like us alone until the day 2 or last day of trial to Judge verdict/decision time. He did his best during the trial. OMG! We are speechless!Β Words can't describe how we are so happy! After the trial, he said to my husband: "YOU'RE FREE"! We won the case, not guilty, no fines/charges! Shortly after, I was introduced to ALEXEI ZAITSEV as my Lawyer representative. Iβll tell you Alexei is one of the best, honest professional lawyers you can find.
Not once did he make me feel like we were going to lose the Case or any scare tactics of what can happen. My mother told me about Mass Tsang and that was the best decision i ever made. I felt alone going through my case but as soon as i walked in the office the atmosphere made me feel safe.
