β β β β β The new management (Phil!) at the Yorkdale location is beyond amazing! The online and virtual shopping experience was the best I've had this year. He/they are super friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit again. GREAT job!

β β β β β All the reviews about customer service are right! Just fire these people already. I walked into the store today and I was treated with the worst attitude and I said nothing other than "just looking around" the blonde shook her head and walked away!!!! What???!!! No please this isn't what we need as customers and no I won't be buying anything from here. Rather go online. Terrible experience and I'm surprised the management has done nothing about this in years it seems as per older reviews. They will give you bad looks if you don't buy and they will treat you like trash if you buy. Please hire people who deserve this job and are happy to serve customers not people who hate their lives and can't wait to go home. More than disgraceful, completely embarrassing!

β β β β β Worst store and bag brand. Two months or less I bought lady bag to my wife as a gift and at that time the sales persons, they took care of me, they took me to the seventh heaven, and they gave me a one-year guarantee against scratching and anything that happens to the bag.
Any way, after 4 times use the bag had some scratches and itβs leather was horrible and too bad then we asked them to replace it or return it but the store staff were too snobby when they talk and they said we have nothing to do. I advise any one in future planning to get good bag to go another brand because they are liars and weird people.
I wished from google to show 0 star because even one star too much for them.

β β β β β Thereβs something unwelcoming about walking into a store where the staff are standing there with arms closed when you enter. Glares and sense of entitlement from the staff are very off putting. Lastly, are people allowed to just browse anymore? These shops that give staff high selling targets just create an unpleasant experience for the customer. I budgeted $800 for treating myself to a bag, I ended up purchasing a bag from Kate Spade instead from a lovely gentleman.

β β β β β I've always been a huge fan of TB purses and I love the selection at this location! My experience with the staff was great- they helped me find the purses I was looking for and left me to try on the purses as much as I wanted to! Will definitely return here again.
