★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Yorkdale location to get 2021 personal taxes filed. There are 3 people working there a female, a Asian man and a Indian man (I don’t know their names. So you know whom I am talking about). I gave the lady the papers and had a question about a student loan T4A. She couldn’t answer and went to call the Asian man who didn’t answer and walked away without saying anything to me. I honestly thought he went to call the HO for clarity. Then the Indian man asked me why I am standing at the pixie glass. I informed him that I’m waiting on the other guy. He said the man is very busy working. I said without telling me he is not coming back. The Indian man said the other man don’t have to tell me nothing and that I don’t ask questions, just give papers and sit down that’s it. I said we are people and allowed to asked questions. He got upset saying do you come here thinking we will teach you taxes. I said no I have only one question. He said no question at all. I have been going to this tax company for over 5 years doing me, son & mother taxes. I requested back for the paper I filled out there. The Indian man pushed my forms without saying anything to me. Took the paper and ripped it up and threw it in the garbage and said it’s their property. I was SHOCKED. I cannot believe that anyone could be treated like this. Also, he was doing all this in front of 3 other customers. I notified HO but this situation isn’t one off and this Indian man is extremely rude. Save yourself from embarrassment and be warned…I would never ever go back to this company. I wasted my time and transit fare to be treated less than a human being.

Muhammad help me on everything and he explain me everything clearly so that Im also aware on my financial status. I will definitely be a loyal customer here
