Lululemon has a cult-like following because the clothes are stylish and make you look pretty cool. However, not everyone who shops at Lululemon wears the clothes just to show off the brand name. At its heart, Lululemon is a company that makes physical active wear for runners and yogis. I am a long distance runner and yogi. Over the 8 years I have been running and practicing yoga, the ONLY active wear that I have worn during my runs outside three times a week, throughout the year, and my yoga practices have been Lululemon. So it is incredibly FRUSTRATING when you go in to a Lululemon store and the staff who are employed by this company does not have a clue about how to help you! Worse, when you feel like you know better than the staff! I have had very disappointing and off putting experiences at the OAKVILLE, QUEEN STREET, SHERWAY, and CUMBERLAND locations. So imagine my shock when I went in to Yorkdale and met TAYLOR. She is a female athlete. She understands sports. And she is a girl's best friend. Taylor not only helped me buy some perfect running clothes for my runs outside this Winter, but we related as women. She should be a role model for young girls because she openly talks about more than sports, she talks about life. I could listen to her forever because she keeps it REAL with herself and with her customers. She is a brave, authentic woman. She understands your sport, and she understands you as a human being. I will ONLY go to the Yorkdale location, and I will specifically request Taylor's help. Lululemon: When you hire staff, hire people who know about sports and healthy living, not people who know only to look cute in Lululemon clothes. Yes, Lululemon clothes are very cute, but some of us are athletes who use the clothes to work out. THANK YOU TAYLOR. I appreciate what you did for me, and more importantly, WHO YOU ARE as a human being, and woman. You make me proud to spell my name W-O-M-A-N.

To be honest I'm not a big lululemon fan as I always felt that it is so overpriced for ehat it is. Good quality but overhyped. Clearly I have been proven somewhat wrong because tjey are now the official Canadian Olympics and Paralympics outfitter. So I have to have a slight added soft spot for them as the collection is priced relatively OK compared to what HBC used to charge for some of them. Service here is warm and friendly too!

So I've been shopping at Lululemon for quite a long time and my wife suggested that we go to Yorkdale because they have quite the selection so we went to Yorkdale and this young girl named Monica was helping my wife and she was so informative knew everything about the different materials and the clothes and what would fit nice on my wife's body she was just an absolute Joy and she's so fast and funny. Definitely will be back to see her again to get some more clothes what a delight

Rude and aggressive behaviour from Yorkdale Shopping Centre Manager The product sells at a high price but the service is a dollar store level! Showed one of the clerks $138 + tax pants that it has a hole on the side she said I wouldn’t exchange it because if she does it for me she has to do it for everyone, if that’s not bad enough I go to the cash another woman approaches me saying I heard you talking to my employee and I didn’t like it. What did I say? Would you exchange this????? Instead of saying I’m the manager how can I help you & maybe take the time to explain why they won’t exchange & making sure I leave the store happy, I spend $400 a month at this place just last month alone more close to $1000 I would like someone from head office to explain this rude behaviour to me and get back to me. I'm extremely disappointed. The incident happened Monday, April 02,22 around 2:30 at the Yorkdale Shopping Centre.

Beautiful clothing, clearly catering to a mostly female clients. You're paying for a brand name and quality so don't have sticker shock. Last visit the sales associate was attentive and was very helpful.

Was at Lululemon last Sunday and came in was looking for some good workout pants and was waiting for someone to come help me this young Asian girl came and helped me I believe her named was Monica. Anyways she got me to try o. The license to train pants and ABC joggers needless to say I bought 2 pairs of each. This girl was very informative and very fast with everything she did like the energizing bunny so cute will definitely be back to see this girl again and buy more Lululemon products, give this girl a raise. Cheers

I was a huge lululemon fan and I buy all my clothes from lululemon. So I visited this store yesterday afternoon and it was not a great experience. They have a good collection but the staffs are cold. I spent about half an hour browsing in store, no one said hello to me. When I reached out for help, the employee asked another employee to help me. The second employee answered one of my questions and just walked away. Then I’m back to being ignored. Even though I was being nice and polite and I bought the jacket I tried on. Everyone is cold and in low energy. I was in a good mood when I walked in and not feeling good when I walk out. I even forgot to use my gift card at checkout cause of awkwardness(T_T). Furthermore, Lululemon was fined because of deceptive advertising in China. I think I should stop being so obsessed with this brand.
