They have an excellent selection of products and amazing customer service. Marna is friendly, patient, quick to respond, and will go out of her way to assist a customer. Thank you again Marna for always being so kind and understanding!

She was quick, understanding and very kind to deal with. The problem that occurred was not her fault, but I do believe Wolford as a company should have better customer service/return policies, that maybe would satisfy their customers a little bit more. Once again she was just following store policy and the service I received from her was fantastic. All in all have shopped here for years, and will continue to do so. Thanks Marna!

As a very high energy, active person I tend to get runs and tears in my stockings quickly. This is not the case with any of my wolford stockings. They are amazing quality and well worth the price... I love their bodysuits also. Very comfortable with sturdy garment construction...they last forever!

I usually go for velvet deluxe 50 for winter, but the day i visited the store they were out of stock and suggested “ Fatal 50 Seamless Tights”, i wore them for the first time yesterday and they gave me scratches in my inner sigh to the point it is bleeding. I tried to make it work but it kept scratching my skin so I called the store and explained the situation, they said they have never heard of such a thing and there is nothing they can do. Extremely rude, she won’t let me explain or talk just cut me off. Extremely emotional, she also said she won’t take my information as she knows the manager won’t also be able to do anything, it’s final sale and there is nothing they can do. They only want to sell to clients but refuse to do anything with their products bc its final sale? ridiculous. Perhaps what I should have done is go to Zara buy their $10 tights I would have received better customer service and had no problem with the product.

Marna explained my options to me; she was VERY HONEST that shear tights (low den) will break, she gave me time & space to make my decision. Very professional in her vocabulary & i love that she was honest & informative! I made a decision not by force but with reason. Huge THANK YOU to Marna & her knowledge! Store was very clean & smelled like lavender! Very welcoming

The tights feels luxurious, but easy to rip. $75 for tights that feel soft but wouldn’t last better off getting a pair from cheaper stores. Called because main website offered warranty, don’t be fooled nothing will be done, district manager will give you attitude for trying to have them replaced. $300 spend for 4 pairs for 7 wears out of them. Ridiculous!
