★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked into the store with a friend and noticed immediately that we were not welcomed in as you traditionally would at another store. In addition to this, as we were browsing, we felt that the employees were judging us and would not provide assistance when needed. Finally, as we were browsing, I noticed that they greeted another set of people and at this moment, we left the store as we felt disrespected. Would recommend you spend your money elsewhere if you are looking for a more friendly environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT SHOP HERE, customer service is atrocious. I made an online purchase and the sizing is nowhere near what is listed on the size charts. The return policy is also terrible and I was not impressed by the quality. I am now stuck with clothes that do not fit and are ridiculously oversized. For all of my petite gals out there save your $ and shop at Artizia where the sizing is much more consistent and the people at concierge are angels

They went above and beyond even though what we were looking for wasn’t available yet. They said they would check every day for the dress to come into stock and regularly update us. Just the best experience.

The fashion speaks for itself but Laurice, Carla and Stephanie were super warm, inviting, knowledgeable & helpful and made the entire shopping experience stress free. They got us so excited about the big day! We can't wait to rock our new dresses! They are beyond gorgeous!!
