Spanish clothing store for men, women and children with all accessories and styles. Retail prices with sales and clearances. Double story with ground for women and first for men and children. Fashion hub store. Prices are a bit high than the competition but quality and style is better. European fashion rules. Forgot to mention shoes for everyone are also there. Staff is friendly and knowledgable, they can guide u on everything u need to dress up. Yorkdale mall store is almost in the center of the mall on the corner opposite Sephora Store. It boasts high dealings, well lit interiors and dresses on mannequins. Big screens showing fashion shows and designs. Prices are written on the tracks as well as on individual items. U can get gift receipts as well. Store is very clean with fitting rooms on each floor. The store is always busy even at opening and closing. U need time to pay at the cashier and is extremely busy on long weekends, weekends, sales and clearances. There is an elevator for push chairs and children. There are mirrors everywhere to judge yourself. The racks are filled by staff all the time and u can never see a rack empty. Air conditioning and heating is great. There is no place to sit. They even have hats, belts and scarves. Walls are white while the floor is grey. It's one of my favourite store which I visit very often. There website is also very good and one can order there but have to wait a few days for delivery and of the size is not right, then u can get into trouble and would have to go to the store to return or send them back. They do not have makeup but do have perfumes which smell nice and are at a reasonable price. One can always return items purchased within a month but not undergarments. Some time there clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable because they either have it less or last piece. Ot usually happens at the end of clearance. Women's area is more busy and larger covering the while ground floor. If the price has a red tag, it means that it is on sale. I always go for items on mannequins or on display as they are always the most popular and trendy. They really have some very revealing and sexy dresses as well to go clubbing or to impress your partner.8

We were waiting in line for 20 min and it wasn't even busy, there was one guy working the register only, the manager must have been on break because there was no hustle, the then a girl finally comes over and starts the next register and I realize she has been walking around the store aimlefinally since we got there and now decided to come help. Thank you! The clouths were nice, stilish and dressy. My kid got a cute short zleave T that said "im chilling with my friends" and a sandy beach is depicted on the fron of the tshirt.

I had to buy something from them unless I won’t choose them again! Their customer service is awful! Every time they disappointed me, you should find someone to help you to find your size and there is no one there to help and they pass you to each other all the time!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Quality of Zara's clothes has gone downhill. Tried to return a defective product and they refused eventhough I had receipt. I contacted head office and after months of waiting they said " too bad'. Terrible customer service. Shop somewhere else , like Lululemon, that stand by their products forever.

this place is just okay. Good place to get medium-priced stuff. same items more expensive than the Zara Fairview Mall (jacket $20 more expensive for example). The problem with this (and all) Zara's is undoubtedly the change room. You have to close the curtains but they don't close fully, you can see in the mirror people walking around and even in other change rooms (you can see through your mirror them in their mirrors). it's essentially as if you had no curtain. Everyone can see everything. So yes, while you change if others want to watch you they will. They need doors.

Sales were plentiful at this location and lots to choose from. Helpful staff.

This is an average Zara. They didn’t have much clothes available and customer service was not great either. The only time I talked to a staff was when someone led me to the dressing room. I would recommend using the self checkout as it was way more efficient.

Today, I was in and out with my perfect purchase in 15 minutes! Thank you to Lucia for literally picking out everything with style, piece by piece, and until I had a whole outfit that I was satisfied with. Speedy, genuine, and really fun customer experience. Cheers! -Moh
