Truly a beautiful store.. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I recommend you go to Shirley she was very kind and helped me find the perfect bag for my daughter. She offered my daughter and I water and made sure the bag that she brought out was in perfect to mint condition. Love the brand but I’m loving the service more!

Dana was incredible! She is very sweet and patient with all my questions. Picking an outfit took longer than I thought but it was definitely worth it! I was able to pick the perfect outfit! And she brought out some confidence in me that I never knew I had.. having her as your stylist is a must! I will definitely return to the store just to see Dana!

The customer service in this boutique is absolutely amazing! The moment I walked in I was immediately greeted by a woman named Shirley. She educated me on some history of the brand which is really cool because I’ve never came across a store that informed the clients about the history and heritage of their products. She then helped me pick the perfect bag for my wife.. (she actually loves the bag more than me now). Amazing service! Definitely coming back!

I was warmly welcomed upon entering the store. While I was trying on ready to wear, I was offered bottled water and brought various shoes to style with the dress. I am quite petite but they managed to find shoes that are my size and offered complementary alteration for RTW. I am not familiar with this brand and I certainly did not plan to actually spend money but I did bought the shoes. Candy who helped me was amazing and shared a lot of info regarding this brand with me. Will definitely come back for their RTW.

Went into the store ytd without an appointment and to be honest, with the initial thought of "just browsing" but Marcela (hoped I spelled it right) was amazing. She was so friendly and I bought a cute little bag from the store. I will for sure go back to this store when I want to make another purchase. P/S: Gucci staff and Holt Renfrew (Theressa from the women's sunglasses department) should take note for better customer service

Booked an appointment with Angel and she was an absolute Angel! I wanted the Betty rainboots and she was super helpful and friendly, made me feel right at home. The store is clean and bright and super cute, really gives you the experience you'd want in a luxury store.

Visited the boutique on April 30th to purchase the woody sandals. The sales person, Marcella, told me I would be paying $520 for the sandals. She told me I am lucky to make a purchase today because the price goes up tomorrow. Unfortunately, they did not have my size in stock, but I was told they would place an order for my sandals after paying for it. Fast forward a few weeks later, Marcella contacts me to inform me to come pick up my sandals. Later on in the day, she contacts me again, to let me know I would have to pay the new price for the sandals, they will not be honouring the price I originally paid for. After negotiating back and forth, Chloe's boutique director, Andrea Deluca, slaps on a final sale condition to my purchase. My husband went to go pick up the sandals, they gave him a new receipt with the added final sale condition on it. They also made him sign another form, not sure what that was for. I was too upset to go to the store myself. I had been eyeing these sandals for a while, I was very happy to make a purchase at Chloe. However the events that followed and treatment I received after making my purchase was disgusting and demeaning. I called the Ontario consumer board about the situation, they advised me that the price and sale conditions cannot be changed after I made a purchase. My friends and family were shocked when I told them the situation. I was not planning on making a return because I love the sandals. However, I find my purchase conditions being changed after my purchase is condescending. I will not be making any future purchases from Chloe. I am currently debating whether I should be filing a complaint against this company.

Amazing service! I walked in without an appointment and they were very accommodating. We had personalized service and she really listened to the things we liked. Brought forward new styles to see and try on. Store had a wide selection of colours and styles. No pressure and walked away with a fun present to myself.
