Staff is very attentive. Salesperson took the time to go into the back to check if my item came in a box, which it did. This small act made my shopping experience.

Fantastic store. Decent prices. Great attire and selection. Staff on point, all the time.... If products are unavailable, turnover for delivery is super quick. My new fav store for semi flashy gear.

I seldom write reviews but I am going to take the time to share the worst retail experience of my life thus far. My sister purchased a sweater for my son heading back to school. She purchased a few items and after the first wear, I washed the items by hand and then rinsed on delicate setting; none of the other items were damaged but the sweater had a small hole. It seemed as if the thread was loose. I live in Markham and drove to yorkdale confidently that they were going to help me out since it was obvious thar the item was new, it had not shrunk and the hole was not a puncture but rather loose thread, which could have been a manufacturer's defect. After I explained to the sale person my situation, he spoke to the manager and in conclusion they said they could not help me. They further explained that once the item leaves the store, the item could not be returned if it had been washed. They also said since the tags were removed, they could no longer accept the item back. I had no receipt either but they keep a file of all items sold, that is the whole reason to be part of the store database; you are a frequent buyer. I dont know you but usually, you don't wear an item with the tags on; i had no intention to return the item so I got rid of the receipt. The sale person said that I had all the negatives to be able to get a credit for the store since they were not able to resale the sweater. I just wanted an exchange! My experience with high quality items that have a premium price tags such as lululemon for example, they stand 1000% behind their products, and even without receipt and time after purchase, they have honor the high quality product. I was told that the cloth needs to be washed by hand, cold water, on its own! I actually just washed 2 items, both lacoste by hand and rinsed on delicate. The average person does not own lacoste on its own and if you need to wash these products the way you wash lingerie, then they should make that very clear and specific on their tag. Basically they are saying that their product is not very durable to withstand a single delicate hand wash cycle and that the consumer should only wash their cloth with the like otherwise may suffer damage. The customer service is terrible, they were more focused on getting rid of inventory than keeping the very niche customer happy. They may have clear that sweater from their inventory, but they will never sell me another item for I am never returning to that store. I agree with the many negative reviews on their customer service, they could have handle it different with a store credit, a warning in their records for those clients that use and return merchandise chronically, something other than just tell me that they understand my frustration but they could not help me. Do not waste your time going into this store if you happen to have a customer service concern and if you are going to buy the product which is overpriced, make sure you are willing to send it for dry cleaning because heavens forsesake you wash it other than by hand wash...going back old school. I gave it 1 start but my intention was to give it 0

Received amazing customer service at this store. The employees really took their time to show me different options since I had no idea what to gift my dad. I had no intention on buying anything but they exceeded all my expectations and I was so happy with my purchase. The team here at this location are so helpful and are very polite. Very happy with my experience and will be shopping here more

I can’t believe in North America you but something and you CANNOT return or get store credit, only exchange and their store was empty after Christmas and we got forced to get t shirts for $140 each! Ridiculous…never will shop here ?

Tee off with Polo ? Stripes, on par none to a golf ball’s ?️dunk into a “loft”- on your way to cool off! ? ?? Better finds than your “average day at the beach” ?- sink or swim ? in the cutest, “collared necklines”, best kept “pressed and ironed secrets” of how to really get “polo’s to actually fit” and find “a frill” in your skirt while actually looking cute ?- with the only brand you can remember- a croc ? or rock- and trade a golf ball for tennis ?- or even just for the outfit! JG???

Okay another review. Bought a couple of sweaters from this location. I love the brand, but the customer service is bleh. I put one of the hoodies on for dinner and the front pocket had a huge hole in it. The stitching came out of a brand new sweater. No big deal manufacturering must have messed up. I go to the Yorkdale store where I bought this hoodie not even a week ago and the first time I wore it. First staff lady was pretty nice and agreed with me and said I just need to confirm with a manager. The manager comes over and looks and acts like I am such a burden in her life. Rolls her eyes. I wanted to exchange it for the same color and size but they didn't have it and made it seem like it was such a problem I am causing over nothing. The lady in charge said she would do a direct exchange in any other color and I asked if I could just get a refund and I'll go somewhere else and buy the hoodie I wanted. No continues to be super unpleasant and refuses that option. Not sure what happened to this place staff used to be super friendly
