c	colintelecom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very uncooperative and uninviting. About an hour before they were closing I finished dinner in the food court and wanted to have a coffee and a cannoli. As I came down the escalator I could see the staff had cordoned off half of the seating area and were mopping the other half. I ordered my espresso and witnessed the staff being pretty rude to about 20 customers who came in. The first thing they would say is that they could only serve the coffee in paper cups to go. The tables in the seating area were crowded together in such a way that it made it very difficult for people to stay and sit down. I sat in a section of two taller tables that was cordoned off and one of the staff started telling me that it was closed from behind the counter. I just sat down and ignored her because there's no way any seating should be closed almost an hour before the cafe closes.
C	Christina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place for macaroons and overpriced for the low quality. They were very stale and of poor taste. When I called customer service to share my complaint, they were pretty much unresponsive and very careless re the concern of the product they sell. Definitely not a great place of business and I won’t be returning due to the unfriendly service and quality.
A	Ano A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An underrated gem at Yorkdale! Their coffee is delicious & they have a large assortment of desserts to choose from, which can be a tad bit pricier. Far less busy than their chain competitors, and lots of seating. Perfect for casual catch-ups with friends, or a place to lounge while studying or working.
J	Jabranne ibtissam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 star, I would! We ordered 2 large Latte at this place place, we paid 13$ for it, and it tastes like water. Obviously they are trying to save so they don’t put much coffee even in a large latte cup. When we complained they took our cups and added a shot of expression, then it was tasting like old or burned coffee. Which is an indication that they don’t even clean they’re coffee machine. Very disappointing. I will never go back to this location again.

We were waiting on the wrong end to order and stood there for a long time, I’m not sure why no one told us even when the server saw us standing there. We realized you order on one end then pay on the other, I was irritated that the guy couldn’t just speak up and tell us. The service overall was good, we had a different person process our order.
