S	S K S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I need quality made classy blazers & suits that stay in style, fit like custom, and look brand new years later – Tristan has always been my go to. Anything I’ve purchased there I always get compliments on, even the stuff I bought nearly a decade ago! Lately I’ve been on a tighter budget so I tried the other brands (that surprisingly aren’t even that much cheaper anymore) and after hours of searching, caved and went to Tristan (it was like going home, it just felt so right). The sales associate (Konrad) was spectacular. I’m in my early 30’s and had recently gained weight (for healthy reasons), and needed to find a new work blazer and other staples that would help me feel pretty & professional at my new size. I had specific criteria in mind for what I wanted, and I was exhausted & frustrated from trying to shop around before going there. Konrad made expert suggestions, was friendly, patient, I left beaming with happiness on the finds, and months later I still absolutely love everything I purchased – so much so that I needed to write a review (that kind of excellence deserves acknowledgment). My sister first introduced me to this brand in the 90’s as it was her go to when I was still a “tween”, and when it came time for me to need quality professional wear – they were still the best. I have always loved my shopping experiences at this Tristan location. I find the quality products, optional made in Canada selection, and expertise of the sales staff to be unparalleled – and this visit in September has only maintained/strengthened that feeling. If you want quality and awesome service – don’t waste your time – head to this Tristan.

D	Dan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tristan would not give me a refund for a shirt I bought because I cut the tag off, citing store policy (never worn and within the return window). Instead they gave me store credit. This is a ridiculous policy, the shirt is clearly in perfect condition. I will never in my life buy anything from Tristan again (once I use this gift card). I hope the 100$ was worth it Tristan.
