Thank you to store manager Andrea for helping me choose the right clothing for my staff and helping me threw the process. Also special thanks to Diego at the cash for cashing me out. Everyone was super friendly and im glad I came and chose this location. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store 2 weeks ago with my boyfriend. He wanted to buy some jeans. After 10min at the store we had to leave because we could not handle the horrible attitude from the males employees/sales associates. They kept disturbing us, offering things, trying to make conversation even though we said we did not want any help and if we needed we would let them know. I am never coming back to this store and I highly recommend the store manager to review it and provide some training. Clients need to feel free at the store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been shopping from this location for about 3 years now, they have a pretty decent collection here most of the time but what makes the over all experience special here is the staff. A big shout out to the asst. manager SEYMOUR for always being super helpful in picking and choosing outfits. He has a great sense of fashion, colours (projection of each colour) and how to co ordinate outfits. Highly recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just walked passed (twice) after getting my pick order elsewhere in the mall ... Saw about 4/5 people inside this store working, NO ONE WAS WEARING A MASK, not one. Guess they figure covid can’t be passed among employees? Or they just don’t care. Closed or not, they should be wearing masks and social distancing. Neither is happening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought few T shirts in a hurry never tried on so took them back to return, surprised by customer rep who was inspecting like magnifying glass even i told them i didnt wear them. All tags and receipt okay he took 20 minute to rfund the money. Thanks to Jack & Jones but no thanks to that rep. I dont know if they are always difficult to return my first impression was the last. No more Jack & Jones.
