★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clarence demonstrated superb customer service. Went above and beyond to ensure my garments would be altered in a very short time period. Customer service from him was awesome.
The only challenge I faced was getting in contact via phone. Indochino should provide their store branches with multiple phone lines so that their customer service reps can remain in better contact with their clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NIGHTMARE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Long story short, my fiancé and I had a great experience in store ordering his made to measure suit for our wedding. Fast forward to 6 weeks later, we hadn't received the suit or any communication outside of the initial order confirmation. I went in store to check on the status and was informed that, unfortunately, due to an "unknown" error on their part, the suit hadn't actually been made. It's now a month before our wedding, my groom has no suit, and they had ZERO ability to get us a suit in time. The only solution offered was a refund and a recommendation to try other retailers.
Additionally, there is no head office contact or customer service support number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting fitted for my tux was a pleasure. Nunu really helped my narrow down the options and the measuring process was easy. Really felt like I'm getting a custom suit for my body. She was very accommodating and I was able to get an appointment that day. Would definitely recommend!

However, the customer service at the head office is terrible. If you have to deal with online customer support - god bless you. I would rate the HQ/online support as the worst I have experienced so far! (1 star for online support experience).
Overall rating 3 star because once the suit is ordered, even the store staff is helpless.
The suit is stitched and shipped from China. I wouldn’t pay a premium for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place! I have now gotten five suits from Indochino in the last few years. They are terrible quality and that's not the least of it. Every suit requires a minimum of three times altering it. The customer experience is lacking and horrible. They do not admit that they messed up and then make the mistakes over again. Do not order a suit unless you are prepared to wait at least three months plus until the suit is actually ready and fits. Also, my most recent suit, when I picked it up from alterations, they claimed, "they ran out of suit bags", and gave me my suit in a garbage bag. Do not waste your time on this place. It may seem like a good deal based on the "low" price, but it is not. You lose that all on the time and stress you spend and the suit still never ends up perfect, no matter how many times you alter it. Go somewhere else for a suit. Anywhere else!

Came back for another suit and all my measurements are already in the system, so it's even quicker than the first time. Truly a hassle free experience. This is exactly how it should be, unlike a competitor in the same shopping center. I'm now a fan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pleasant experience here. I booked a consultation online and was greeted with amazing hospitality while I waited for my appointment. One of their associates showed me the different fabric options available and helped me find what I was looking for. Then they took my measurements, let me try on sample suits to get the fitting details accurate, and went through the customization options to develop my own custom suit.
UPDATE: My suit was delivered directly to my house and it arrived with 4 weeks after my appointment. Everything was a perfect fit when I tried it on. I booked a follow-up final look appointment to get their opinion and they provided a complimentary steam free of charge.
I was impressed with the quality of the suit and their top notch customer service. I would definitely recommend Indochino to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indochino has been one of the more well-known custom suit tailors and is located within several big malls, and this one included.
First thing's first, make sure you always book an appointment beforehand if you want to be serviced. Whether you want a consultation or a thorough selection and walkthrough.
My husband booked an appointment and came in to get a full suit. The staff is not as welcoming as you would think, usually hidden in the far ends of the store. However, the person helping him was professional, patient and knowledgeable, willing to share their selection and recommendations when picking details for the suit.
Indochino's selection and variety on suit material, colour and texture is great. There are a lot to choose from the outer to the inner, and other customizations.
Overall, the measurements and suit customizations took almost one hour. Now lets wait until the suit arrives and see how that goes.
