★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for an item, was told they had none, asked 3 times as the employee insisted they don't even though their own website had it listed. Decided to look around and found a whole rack of them towards the back. employee wouldn't even try to check. Silly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sale representative in her 40s or late 30s...medium build, tall n light brown hair...possibly from Ukraine or Poland...she has very poor customer service skill, I can say none!...I entered store around 8pm and I noticed she had started to fold the clothes for store closing...she was following around customers to make them feel uncomfortable and leave the store. If a customer touches a shirt...she came running to fold that shirt...literally, trying to kick out customers...I saw her yelling a little 4 or 3 yr old girl because she sat on a table...the mother was really angry for this woman yelling at her daughter and put her in her place...that was good...but if u guys notice this same behavior u should write it here...whoever the manager is...needs to give that woman some lessons on customer service...
