โ โ โ โ โ I had never had such an unpleasant Customer service experience. The sales rep treated me like he was doing me A BIG favor when I asked for a pair that i liked. It took forever for him to come back to me with the wrong one and then he disappeared again so I couldn't even tell him that. Then he brought me a different version of my shoes saying that if the size fits they will order my shoes. He just threw it in front of me without letting me say that that wouldnt work for me - I can't order $400 shoes without trying them on. I've never met such an unfriendliness and grampiness in a retail store. I was just sitting there trying to comprehend what was happening. The sad thing almost the same thing happened to me in Vaughn location...

โ โ โ โ โ If there is 0 point. I will give it. I brought a shoe from Vancouver and ask the size of 5. They gave me size 4. I was so rush i didn't check it that's my bad. Later i drove back Ontario and went to yorkdale to exchange. I pointed the number under the shoes that i need a size 5. They said oh we don't have it need to shop online. I said ok order it. Guess what, they ship me a size 6. What the wrong with the sales๏ผ All deaf and blind๏ผ๏ผ๏ผ Do you guys have brain๏ผ๏ผ๏ผ I brought this one for my girlfriend as birthday gift. You guys totally ruin it. I already reported. Give me my money back and make up my lost.

โ โ โ โ โ I was really blown away by the amazing customer service at this Browns location. Hermela was the SA who helped me. She was so professional, patient, honest, and friendly. I was struggling with the styling and size of the pair of boots I was looking at and she spent a lot of time with me to ensure I would be satisfied with my purchase. Thank you so much Hermela, I really appreciate all your help!

โ โ โ โ โ I had such a poor experience at this store. I had been holding a couple pairs of boots for a while before someone came to help me, but to be fair it was very busy so thatโs easily forgiven. Whatโs unfortunate is that the man who came to help me (tall slender guy with an accent) was so preoccupied trying to make commission, he was rushing me into buying things when I had questions. Most of these questions were as basic as โ will these stretch out?โ And were met with โ what does that mean?โโฆ I literally do not know how this man still has a job considering how rude he was.
Needles to say, Iโll be returning the boots. The only reason Iโve given 2 stars is because the girls working at the cash were so kind.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice store but the staff are way too rude and pushy. Second after entering I was bombarded with questions, what size, for who etc, commenting on each shoe I picked up. I told the guy 3 times politely - im okay thank you! But he still kept following me around and asking questions. And honestly just being rude and bothering me. โNo thanks โ 3 times should be enough. I canโt shop when someone is literally following me.
I understand they have to make a commision but from reading the reviews it should be clear that it makes most people uncomfortable!

โ โ โ โ โ Amazing service at Yorkdale today. Three different folks helped me โ the cashier looked up sizes, and two different sales people patiently worked through best fit and size for me between men's and women's sizes. They were friendly, down to earth, and calm. Nothing was too much trouble. One of the sales people could have sold me my own shoes. She was a hoot, and sold me a cleaner as well as a potential pair of flip flops from the same brand when a new shipment comes in. They made everything easy, and that is not a simple task while they and customers are stressed during this pandemic. Thank you, Browns Shoes Yorkdale!
