Never answered the phone and never returned my money after returning an item. Still waiting over a month. No way to reach them. There are no customer service here. Zero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve call the store at least 10times today. And they didn’t even bother to pick up the phone. For a premium store In a premium mall. That really is unacceptable. Also considering they are the only actual stand alone store for Uggs they are terrible and the customer service is def a 0/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Black, skinny, male “manager” named Isaiah is incompetent. Can’t do anything more than customer service. Printer doesn’t even work so he had to manually write my info on paper.
Update: I called back because I haven’t gotten a refund after waiting 10 days, when his coworker handed the phone to me, he answered “Hello” and that’s it like I’m one of his little friends. Not “Hello, my name is Isaiah and I’m the manager, how can I help you?” BASIC phone etiquette he doesn’t even have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Isaiah is a very honest and excellent store manager and his customer service highly exceeded my expectations. This store is always kept in great condition and the employees always keep a great attitude, no matter how rude some of the customers I've witnessed can be. I will always come back to this store to shop and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase Uggs in-person!
