I hope they were more accomodating when it Customers like me ask questions because they are the "Professionals" and that they were hired for a reason - Customer support - apparently requires Training Lol.. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So my previous was horrible because I was super upset thinking I lost my opportunity to purchase my bag. BUT it was a surprised by longchamp and my fiance to me on my birthday! I cannot believe it. They did an amazing job for my fiance. I had the champagne. It was such an awesome experience. Thank you to the store manager Sonia and the associates. My sister and her boyfriend did a fantastic job helping my fiance hide this. I really did not suspect a thing. I am so over the moon at the moment. I cannot express how happy I am with the whole surprise. And really thankful to my special fiance, he is such an awesome man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience is not much the service but on the bag itself. I wish it had more structure on the bottom. I understand that if there is structure on the bottom, it will not fold into a small piece when bag is empty for storage. I took it upon myself to put a firm cardboard on the bottom. It doesn't collapse anymore. Then when I change bags, I take out the cardboard and fold it for storage. I love that I can put a lot of stuff that I need when travelling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally good service and always good quality luxury leather goods. Would have given 5 stars but purchased a full price handbag (received exceptional service) but when I changed my mind and went back to return it, the salesperson I had purchased it from noticed me come in with the bag and totally ignored me even though I was 10 feet from her and she wasn't busy. I always judge a company's service on how they handle a return so was very disappointed in this person. The manager served me and handled everything beautifully so am sure she passes my observation along. Still a big fan overall -- think this person learned a good service lesson.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars only because Yuyu(or Yoyo) helped me in the best possible way. She was very calm and patient and suggested me the best possible options for a nice everyday handbag. I have met few sales associates from this store during this holiday season but she is the literally the best. A shout out to store manager Sonia to tell others to follow how Yuyu do the sales on floor. Trust me its the attitude and politeness that brings a customer back.
