★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my sandals last Aug 3rd and after two weeks, I have realized that the bands holding strap became unwound with a twirl. Complete defect! I returned to this Store today to exchange or get a refund. And they said I can only exchange and I asked a question to a staff if I choose a less value from the original price, can I get a refund for the difference and she said YES. I chose different sandals because I did not want to experience same problem and stood in front of a counter. Then the manager appeared with a seriously rude attitude and said that I can get other $10 value of items for difference. I complained why they changed the words suddenly and she kept saying that “I am the manager. I am the manager! so just talk to me”. In the end, I asked for her business card and she said she doesn’t have any reason to give me any of information and she has no business card. That is the customer service that I experienced from the proud manager, Stephanie (she said to me only her name but who knows! she might give me a fake info). I am doubting that Under this type of poor and unprofessional manager, which staff can learn better. No proper training for the staff. Also check well! While choosing other replacements, I found out the new shoes in the box were mixed up with different sizes, 6 & 6.5. See! How great customer service they can show. Worst ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ empty store and the only girl working was unhelpful and had a bad attitude. took her sweet time on her phone while i was waiting at the register. didn't even offer to bag my items and when i asked for one after i swiped my card, she said "we don't just give shopping bags, we SELL them". the other aldo store at yorkdale has a bigger selection and much better customer service.

TYLER is the one who assisted me (I bought DELYLAH and MARGARETHE) even though he is taking care a lot of customer, he still treat every customer equally. I love his customer service. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to extend my gratitude to the extra ordinary customer service received by Ms. Theophany. On a busy Saturday I walked in along with my husband to the store with 20 boxes of returns! Theophany didn't wait for us to approach her, she approached us with smile and offered her help. I was embarrassed and more of anxious for the number of returns - based on personal experiences, usually when on line orders are returned staff are not really happy to proceed with reimbursements - Although the store was busy and people were lined up to pay their purchased items, she has opened her cash for my return. Her smile never left her face, super accurate in her work and well organized ensuring customers are satisfied and most importantly they are welcomed under any circumstances. Thank you Theophany you are defiantly a true asset for ALDO

Price for one bag was $58 plus tax as per sales lady but when I went for cash out manager tried to charge me $65 plus tax.
When I told her that in display it’s $58 then she start making stories like I got confused, I am sorry and bla bla. Why your company scan the bag, just fool the customer.
