My mom came into the store the other day and the employee Andy i believe helped her with a big sale, very patient and informative on the different selection on shoes they sell. also manager on shift who was a girl was very kind too. 10/10 experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got some great casual shoes. I told Julianne everything I wanted in a shoe, and she was quick to find me all the choices. I have giant feet, and she is a bit tinier, so it was funny watching her walk out with 4 giant shoe boxes. She did great! I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes with the perfect shoes. Great job

Andy, you really went above and beyond to ensure my experience at sketchers was a great one. You recommended so many shoes and did so with great service. I needed to follow a specific criteria too for school so i know that wasnt easy.

It was not easy goal to find shoes with rainbow, lights and 10 size but Skechers could help us.

Nelbe in particular was fantastic - it was really busy but she still made us feel as welcome as I'd expect from a Mom and Pop store. We explained what we were looking for and she helped us pick out the perfect set of shoes. Thanks again Nelbe!
