Super crowded, very limited benches for trying on shoes. Most staff were repeatedly making mistakes, some were fine. Hard to find an employee to help you out.

Very bad customer service I ordered a pair of shoes online and when I went to pick them up one had a stain and I asked if they have another pair because I checked online and they had them in stock. Nobody checked to see if they have them in stock it seems they don't want to sell anything completely careless and unprofessional. I would think twice before I would enter this store but I think they will be happy if the store is empty, why to bother .....

Very bad in store experience. I went in there looking for a specific product, so I start looking around and ask one of the associates if they carry similar products. The associate shows me some birkenstocks and ends up telling me "it's winter season so obviously we don't have that". I mean that dumb guy didn't even try to understand what I was looking for, something to wear in & around the house with arch support that's all. I just left the store after that, since there's no point arguing with anyone. I wonder what happened to customer service? It's their job to help the customers out because when somebody enters a store he doesn't know what's there and what's not. Doesn't even deserve a star.

BEWARE AND AVOID ALL HOLIDAY SHOPPING AT SOFTMOC: I purchased a product from here at the beginning of November and had asked about the return policy in regards to the holidays. I understand that the holidays mean that seasonal staff are hired and means that it could take longer to process a transaction but it does not excuse the fact that they failed to mention that I needed a gift receipt to have the holiday policy honoured for returns. So now I have a store credit for something that was not my problem (even though I had the original receipt) and is clearly your problems because you have the stupidest holiday return policy I have ever heard of. Not only is it stupid but it is a waste of paper (not every person needs a gift receipt instead of the original receipt) and it is terrible for the environment.

Useless brand, worst customer service, Monica is the worst store manager, they sold us a used item as a new and not returning it back.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Monica is the worst store manager she should not be a manager. Bought a pair of SoftMoc shoes I was told to try them at home and if they didn’t feel good to return them with the receipt. I got blisters returned the shoes with in four days with receipt and apparently Monica started saying no wrong information new girl and it was very embarrassing front of customers. I will never go back to that store at Yorkdale and I’ve talk to some of friends of what happened to me she started talking back to me in front of other customers laughing at me with one of her staff members shame on her.

The employee with the curly hair and the accent was incredibly unprofessional and persistent while I was trying to shop for dress shoes. He kept pestering me on if I needed help to the point where I was just getting annoyed. When I finally asked him if he could get something from the back for me, he came back with the shoe and was trying to talk his way into getting me to buy the shoe. I kept telling him that I was just trying it on, but he was just so keen on making this sale that he was getting visibly upset at the fact that I was taking my time on making this huge purchase. It almost seemed like he was at the point of cussing me out just for taking my time on buying $200 shoes. (I was only there for 5 minutes by the way). Customers should not feel stressed by employees when browsing at a store.
