Nicole puts it on hold and all i have to do is walk in and pay for it! Easy, seamless experience for me and I am always boyfriend of the year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Prada and wanna buy Prada wallet, my supporter he was really good, other supporters were also nice to us, but one skinny black hair comes down to shoulder Chinese woman She was really rude , and unpleasant speech style to customer. we did not come there steal items, we came there to buy wallet. If we touch and look up the items she was hurry and acting like cleaning the dirty stuff. Me and my friend felt really bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How to rate the service when there is no service. The staff are not friendly and do not smile. There was no other customers in the store and not one staff member acknowledged I was there. I asked to see a piece on the shelf and the girl took a deep sigh. This was my experience on two separate occasions. Perhaps my business is a burden. I left and purchased with a neighboring luxury brand where I get consistently pleasant service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Prada purse from this store on December 31, 2018. The purse started pealing in February, just 2 months after and I took to the store. I was lucky to see the same associate that assisted to purchase the purse again and she helped to process the repair.
Knowing that I had barely use the purse she put it in for "express" repair and said I should get it back before the normal 6-8 weeks. Today is May 22,, 2019 and I still have not received any call from Prada about my purse neither have I received the purse in the mail.
I visited the mall 2 weeks ago and stopped to inquire and I was told that my purse had just been put in the mail from New York and I should receive a call in a couple of days. Today I called again to inquire and they are not sure the status.
I will never buy anything made by Prada again. A purse over $3000 should not damage in 2 months and if that happens I should not have to be without my purse for 3 months for repair. It is a shame that the quality of their product is down the drain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service! I took my Prada purse that I purchased in 2013 in for repair due to the metal plate falling off inside the purse. The repair lab put in the wrong color of plate and when I went in to pick it up and pointed it out, the repair manager took it back right away and coordinated with the repair lab to have the right colored one put on (which they have to order from Italy). The repair lab also lost my shoulder strap on the purse, which I didn't notice until I took the purse home. I called the store, and immediately the store staff contacted the repair lab to locate the strap. Unfortunately, they couldn't find it, so the staff who took my call took it upon herself and ordered the strap for me and told me that they could also just ship it to me if I was too busy to pick it up. The whole repair process took a little longer than I expected due to the mistake the repair lab had made, which has nothing to do with the store. Everyone I talked to in the store and on the phone are super nice and helpful. I was a little disappointed at first at how long the repair had taken, but I will keep being a Prada customer at the York Dale location, just because of the high level of service I received. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a bag here recently, Andy was the customer service rep that I spoke to on the phone and texted and emailed, he is amazing and he put the bag away for me and when I went to the store he wasn’t working but he had put my bag aside for me to pickup. If I could tip these reps I would tip them $100 for their amazing service. The girl who served me at the store was a sweetheart. Definitely will be returning here to buy more bags.
