★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the ambience and vibe of the place. Had avo toast which was okay! Fries were really good and nicely seasoned, and my latte was good. Had a scone on the side which was really hard, and odd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very chic environment and super friendly staff. We tried the winterlicuous menu which was great. Loved the app and the mains but wasn’t overly pleased with the dessert (sticky toffee pudding or strawberries and cream). We had the French cocktail and a latte and was delicious. Overall a good experience and very worth the price with the winterlicious menu but drinks were a little pricey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only tried their brunch. We ordered a benedict and a Tuna salad. The food presentation is nice, the selection in the menu is good, but the actual taste of the food is mediocre. This place was better back when it was Colette in downtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Cafe felt nice, high class dinning. The servers were very sweet and great ambiance in the cafe. The food id say is very mediocre, would I come back, I wouldn’t say so but nice to try it out. The chicken and waffles was a disappointment as the waffle was actually falling apart and hard to eat with the chicken. The guac was actually favourite which is kind of sad to say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lovely brunch at Holts Cafe. The atmosphere was pretty nice, but I was mostly impressed by their sourdough! It was soft fluffy and light. We saw others ordering High Tea which looked nice as well. I didn’t feel like having any of the meals on the menu, so I created my own brunch by combining sides (eggs, sourdough, fruit, bacon). It was good! I’d come back for the sourdough ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will preface this by saying I really don't like burgers but I had a craving and I'm so glad I got Holts burger because IT WAS DELICIOUS. The scones with the jam and creamy butter was the best scone I've ever had. I had the rhubarb posset and it was incredible. Cannot express enough how amazing the food was. 10/10 will be going again. I'm terms of pricing, it was pricey but completely fair. Good portion sizing and fresh delicious food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for afternoon tea with a friend. The afternoon tea menu is already set with only the option to pick the tea (Sloan tea). Based on previous reviews and pictures it looks like they change up the selection every so often :) There were 3 tiers including a savoury, scone, and dessert. The savoury tray was really good and unique! I really liked the caviar tart, ratatouille pastry and cucumber wrap. The scone tray was mediocre, nothing really special compared to other places. The flavours we got were cinnamon and raisin. The dessert tray was also mediocre, the the only unique item was the lychee pastry which was surprisingly it was not overly sweet! ? The other desserts included macarons, chocolate truffle, eclair and strawberry tart. The staff were very friendly! ❤️ They refilled our tea free of charge. The interior was beautiful, very cozy, clean and gave off elegant vibes with comfortable seating. This is a great place to meet up with friends for afternoon tea, however, aside from the savoury plate I don't think it was anything spectacular :) For the price and selection there are definitely other afternoon places that are better. I didn't get to try their brunch menu, but would love to on another visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I come here almost every Sunday right before football (lol). It’s such a great experience every single time. From the service to the quality of the food to the pricing. The quality you’re getting for the price you pay (which in my opinion isn’t too bad), it’s seriously worth it. We’ll never get over this location. Nice and intimate as well! Sometimes it can get busy but overall it’s a great brunch spot. Nothing bad to say about this place which is saying a lot!
