But it sucks even more that when I do go shopping, my experience is soured thanks to the weird, unprofessional and completely rude "customer reps" like the one I encountered in this store near change rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time shopper. Last time shopper. I bought a coat, was not told that it was a final sale. Only discovered this when wanting to return the item. Never coming back again. Terrible customer service!

Outside of these chairs this place is essentially just an extension of Aritzia or Babaton with a few other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like Wilfred but I gave you just 2 stars because of one of the sales associate.(Clarisa) When I came in the store, she came up to me and asked if I needed help. I said I was just looking but she kept asking me several questions, which made me so uncomfortable. So I left the store and came back about 30 minutes later. She came to me again and she said she could help me bring the clothes I chose to the fitting room. I was gonna try them out, so I let her help me. I tried them out and checked at the mirror by myself. Different from other clients and sales associate, I was alone. When I checked out and left the store, she saw me and almost ignored me. It was so funny!!! Other sales associates gave me a big smile and said "Thank you and have a great day". I regreted telling at the check-out that Clarisa helped me. She needed a better training!
