★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to buy a coat. They told me sold out and order from another location. Yet they had my size hanging.
Bought it anyways as I wanted it. But noticed everyone working was Asian not a single person working of other ethnic background. I think they stereo type and hire one type of ethnicity and only assist their own community.
Very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I have ever seen. The female with a name tag “AMANDA”. She had an unwelcome attitude and every single word she said sounded very very rude to me. Sadly I cannot act like her simply if I do that, I will feel sorry for myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the zipper on my jacket got stuck after 2 times wearing it. the staff were very good when i was buying it. not for the repair tho. had to wait and call myself and come to the store to get attitude from the sales associate. she was upset that i was not happy with the service. when i told her that the quality and the customer service should be a lot better giving the fact that the jacket was over 2200$, she just said that actually people buy jackets for 6000$ and they dont mind. ok!! not seeing my money anymore!! poor poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to his boutique every times and overall satisfied with their service. Their sales associates are approachable and friendly, and on two occasions when their store did not have my size, they offered solutions rather than just send me off since they know I can't make the purchase there.
As feedback for Moncler Canada, given how much foot traffic you get in this location, stock up! Sizes, styles and colours seem to often be out of stock or sold out. Why would you ensure ample inventory in a high sales volume store? It's silly to lose business this way.
