A	Anna Cen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried all their dark chocolates. Love the dark chocolate with fruit sauce in the middle. It was not too sweet, with refresh fruit sauce. Not a friend with the pistachio dark Chocolate, it’s too sweet. The bunny pure dark chocolate is smooth, with a tint of white chocolate on top. Love it.

The staff didn't make it a priority to greet or acknowledge any customers. The 3 staff that were present were all too busy standing behind the counter and carrying on a conversation. I intended to make a purchase but left after I was ignored. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.
J	Jane A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing chocolates, the most delicious indulgences but the Toronto staff is just clueless, unprofessional, lacking, like they don't represent proper chocolatier attitudes. Y'all need to train them on representing a high end chocolatier. They either just spend time chatting with each other or staring at customers without offering to help them or explain anything. I bought 200 dollars worth this past week and was treated like I was buying kitkats or something. No nice presentation of chocolates for gifting, no sense of gift wrap, staff is literally stumbling and yet has an attitude. I've bought worldwide from Laderach, Patchi, Maison Du Chocolat, Laduree but these Toronto employees are tarnishing the name of Laderach with subpar and unprofessional service.

K	Kristen C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came across this store while shopping around Yorkdale. The staff quicky invited us inside to sample some of their chocolate. So glad they did since they were all so delicious! They let us try as many flavours as we wanted and even encouraged us to try more when we thought we had enough. The staff member who helped us was truely passionate about their products and even gave us a history lesson on the creation of chocolate. An overall pleasant and delcious experience. Ended up purchasing some of their chocolate truffles which are on the pricer side but I would go back to try more.
D	DK Lo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful chocolatiers with a great reputation for quality - I know this brand for a while and I'm happy it finally opened in Yorkdale (a great match I must say). There's a LOT of options and they all use high quality ingredients. As such, some of their assorted box options are quite expensive. So it's not for an everyday casual purchase but well worth it for special occasions.

There are also lots of variety when it comes to picking the perfect snack or gift. If you like gourmet snacks and chocolates, come give this a try!
N	Nurali T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not a fan of chocolate but sometimes I do have it. This place replaced Godiva in Yorkdale mall, and for good reason. Their chocolate is flown fresh from Switzerland (also no added preservatives). The taste of it is just YUM. Yes this is coming from a non chocolate lover. My favourite is Macedonian milk chocolate, Hazelnut Milk Chocolate and White Chocolate Almond. I also got a side of small Truffle bites and Praline bites. The best part is that you get to try it before you buy. Would definitely recommend others to try it. P.S. It’s expensive but worth it.
