★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a shirt here and the buttons were ruined after 1 professional cleaning. I asked for some new buttons and they would not even give me 1 new button. That was my first and last purchase with Burberry. I expected much more from this brand. If you want luxury clothes with a luxury experience DO NOT SHOP AT BURBERRY YORKDALE. Overall terrible customer service, poorly made clothing, and no reasons to shop here. Do yourself a favour an shop at any other luxury retailer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samip helped me pick out a perfect gift for my mom's birthday and even found me some gorgeous sliders for myself. He helped me decide on a quality bag and has a very honest sales approach based on needs assessment! Definitely didn't get that overly pushy vibe but he was helpful in making my decision. Overall way better experience here than the other luxury stores at Yorkdale mall. At other places, when I'd walk in in my work clothes I'd basically get the stink eye from employees. Not here though! Great experience.

His customer service skills were more than impeccable; with his good style choices and ways to accessorize and display different ways to wear and style different products, it made my experience very enjoyable. He was very polite, and also we engaged in conversation on life while I was waiting to be cashed out; I like it when I can have a good conversation with a sales associate, it shows that the employer hires good employees and also shows the welcoming environment the stores brings while shopping. Most definitely will shop with you guys again

I was immediately greeted by him upon entry, and he and his fellow male colleague (sadly forgot the name) went above and beyond to help me choose a gift for my mom.
Santiago continued to make me feel comfortable and well deserved throughout my time at Burberry till the exit.
I was simply wow’ed by his service!
A gift to the Burberry team, and a (p)raise well-deserved man :)
